Oscar gets ten stars

Oscar is excellent and always a pleasure to have come to our home. Very knowledgeable and professional. Oscar takes pride in his work and make us feel in good hands.

Alert 360 should consider more training for updated and new products being added. We have been with Alert 360 for about a year now and on several occasions these techs have to call each other for help because they have not been shown the how to do out in the field.
The Alert 360 app needs a major update or redo. Not the most user friendly to find info about your account. If you call tech support they don’t understand in comparison what they see to what you see. Anthony and Larry are the best in support.
I just hope Alert360 which is a great company now doesn’t go down the road ADT did a few years ago. That bumpy road is why I left and use Alert360

Great Resolution To An issue

Had a service call set up, the tech, Greg, called and he was able to diagnose the problem working with me on the phone. Which was great, it saved me the waiting time that I used to take care of other personal issues. Thank you, Greg, for your patience and help.

Two technicians serviced our home

Two technicians serviced our home. They were both very cordial, respectful and efficient. They replaced contacts on three windows and seemed very knowledgable.

Frank, the most knowledgeable installer for our home security system ever!

Frank was the most knowledgeable Technical Service persons I have met dealing with Security Systems. He did an outstanding and professional job installing new equipment and was very detailed in his explanations. He insured and checked that ALL sensors were working before he left. He even noticed that the Smoke Detector was incorrectly installed by previous technicians. He answered all our questions and I am completely satisfied with the job he did for Alert 360. Highly recommended!

Great Service

Technicians were very knowledgeable and respectful. I appreciate how patient they were in answering my many questions. Awesome experience all around and I love, love, love my new cameras.
