I had a great experience with the scheduling, replacing the control panel and the installation of the new surveillance video cameras by the installer tech Felipe. Felipe was great! He was very polite and worked well with me and my family as far as making us happy with the installation. If the cameras and how to operate the new control panel.

Another great experience

Another great experience! Frank is knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. We had a really complex problem and Frank persisted, investigating it from all angles. He solved it!

Very very pleased with the service

Very very pleased with the service. He came and tried and tried to get my camera to work and finally needed to replace the camera and then one of my other cameras was not working and he worked and worked until everything was working perfectly again. The service was excellent.

Great follow up service

Updated review: Alert360 called and sent 3 techs to my house to complete the install and fix all the issues we had. the system is working great!

Always have issues during the installation. They do not double check to make sure the items are working properly....

Always trust Alert 360

Always trust Alert 360! Fortunate to be with this company for a long time even when it was branded as central security group. Joel was my technician. Prompt professional very informative personable and thorough. After near proximity lightning strike hit a home in the neighborhood, my garage door opener had to be replaced. The strike also affected my security monitoring to some degree. Joel came and assessed the problem and identified a unexpected patch that had downloaded the day prior. He then linked up my new garage door app to the appropriate security app related devices I wanted to have control over. This all happened in a short period of time. I am also relieved that they still followed Covid precautions during every visit. As you can see I was impressed enough to take my time (which is valuable)to leave a positive feedback for this company. Do your research and make your choice but mine has been made.

The gentleman that came was very knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed my problem, fixed the difficulty and showed me how to proceed in the future. Besides being early for the appointment, it only took him 15 minutes to correct. In my book that is a definite 5
