I very much regret buying this graphics…
I very much regret buying this graphics card. I pretty much only play 2 games which are not very demanding, and even turning back settings to low or mid, I am getting constant crashes and blue screens of death. Support just shifts the blame. Also Alternates short return time means I can't return it so the card belongs in the bin. Never shopping AMD or Alternate again.

Our cooling-off period is 14 days from receipt of the package. However, you do of course have a normal two-year warranty for defects. I would like to ask you to contact our customer service team so that we can resolve this for you as soon as possible.

Ordered a laptop for more than 1000€, Never arrived, Refusing to give my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Ordered a laptop for more than 1000€, got a damaged/scratched laptop, sent it back asking for a new one, then got a box WITHOUT my ordered item??? Contacted them, sent in videos that showed the unboxing and the fact I never received the item I ordered. They told me they would contact DHL, sort it out with them and then come back to me with DHL’s response, but they NEVER did. I waited 2 months, decided to call them and received as answer ‘DHL confirmed the weight of the package never changed, so we closed the investigation’. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. NEVER got my ordered product. They NEVER gave me my money back either. Will never be ordering from this website again and will advice you the same, cause your item might never arrive and THEY WILL REFUSE TO REFUND you even if you have litteral evidence of it never arriving. Terrible company.
