False Advertisement
They advertised a completely different product that was sent to me. With a different port layout that was also advertised in the description. When I complained they told me it was my fault for not reading the description of the product (which was also wrong). Then they charged me for the return. Update: 2 weeks after returning and they still haven't processed or refunded the amount. 2 weeks waiting for €2000. Disgraceful. Coolblue refunded me on the day of return.

Bad customer service
Ordered a 2800 euro custom pc that got delivered with a fault in the hardware. Drove to the store to drop it off for repairs. Had to wait an hour in the store before we got to talk to someone. Had to leave my new computer there for an emergency repair. It's been 2 weeks with no updates in the meantime on the state of the repair, but we had multiple calls that I had to initiate.

Very good assembly.
I ordered a 5k PC from alternate and opted to have it built by them out of sheer lazyness honestly. Since i have no idea about this company i was fully expecting that i would have to correct a few things. Surprisingly (for me) this was not the case.
Cable management is 10/10. The 10 icue fans are correctly connected and merged together in the software therefore allowing for proper RGB control. The intake/ exhaust of these fans was the ideal setup for this PC case therefore allowing for optimal airflow, and even aside from that the temperatures of the CPU/ GPU themselves are lower than expected leading me to believe with 100% certainty that the thermal paste was applied perfectly, possibly even a high quality one was chosen, but certainly applied perfectly.
The correct RAM DIMM slots where chosen for the memory and the correct M.2 slot was chosen for the SSD.
The components themselves work as expected and overall, also considering the price relative to the NL market, a 10/10 job was done here. Thank you!
