We ordered a phone and a remote control for my grandma who suffers from dementia. They were delivered quickly and are both strong sturdy products and easy to use. We are very pleased.

Great product once you have deciphered the pigeon English instructions.

The telephone was easy to set up and, already has proved to be a useful tool for someone unable to remember telephone numbers/operate a normal handset.

BOUGHT THIS ITEM FOR MY FATHER WHO HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH ALZIMERS, HIS MEMORY IS PRETTY POOR AND CANT RECALL THE DAY AND DATE. THIS ITEM IS IDEAL FOR HIM, MY ONE SLIGHT RESERVATION WOULD BE THAT THE CLOCK HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY OF BEING ANALOUGE OR DIGITAL INSTEAD OF JUST BEING DIGITAL. MANY OLD FOLK WERE AND STILL ARE READING THE TIME BY ANALOUGE CLOCKS.

Just what my mother needed. She now knows what time, day or night it is when she wakes up. Is it early morning 5am or early evening 5pm was her often repeated phone call - no longer a problem for her often confused thinking

My mother was continuously getting in a muddle with the TV remote as her dementa progressed, to the point where she forgot how to use it and even when set up so it just needed a one button press, the wrong buttons would be pressed and all hell would break loose.

This simple on/off + high/low volume + channel change remote has meant she can now use her TV again. So far so good anyway.

I wanted a controller for tv and sky for my Father who is 97 and has arthritis and struggles with 2 remotes. Research led me to the "Flipper" which seemed the ideal solution. Delivery was excellent as was the information provided. The only problem encountered was installing favourite channels which was resolved (hopefully as I haven't tried yet) with a phone call to the main office who suggested a different way of entering channel numbers using STB as the instructions provided were mainly for USA market.
I am sure that if I encounter any more problems a quick call will soon resolve them.

Maybe it's Sunday or it could be Wednesday. With her new calendar clock mum now knows which and whether it's day or night too.

Bought a remote control from AlzProducts for my father because he was having difficulty selecting the numbers on his old remote ,its called "The Flipper " how easy is it....very easy he loves it, well done on this product...........

I bought this clock for two octogenarians who both struggle to remember the day and date for taking pills and for keeping medical appointments, etc. It shows the day, the date and the time accurately and clearly - but it doesn't respond to night time when an auto dimmer would be useful as the display is quite bright. Otherwise, it works as described.

LOOKED UP ACROSS ALL WEB SITES FOUND Alzproducts .Co had a good reply service. Little box in corner of page asking you very politely if you require help or answer to a question which I did and e-mailed that night answer back next day early and most importantly answered my question honestly not trying hard sell.

I bought this for my mother who has Alzheimer's Dementia and has difficulty knowing what day it is. This clock is just what she needs as the display is very clear and bright, day and night. I think it is overpriced, though.

I came across this website when browsing to see if I could find some 'simplified' everyday items for my husband who has early onset Vascular and Lewibodies dementia.
