Delivery was within 2 days of order. There was a problem with the handles and Angel arranged a replacement and collection within 2 days a few days before Christmas. Mum is happy with the chair and says it’s better than her old one

The good arrived in good time and overall the wheelchair is as described. However I am dissapointed on the 'hand wheel size'. The rim is very thin and this makes it difficult to get a good grip. Ar 19in diameter it also makes it difficult to buy rim covers since they start at 20in.

My husband can now get out more because of the chair and he said it is really comfortable. Takes a little getting used going round the shops at a lower level from when walking

Delivery was prompt for both the wheelchair and cushion I bought, and when I had a problem with the wheelchair brakes, the company sent me a new replacement wheelchair.
