Fantastic customer service and really great quality jewellery really happy with the neon ring I ordered

I have purchased several bracelets for myself and gifts, they are exceptional quality ! I have also had a bracelet made bigger to wear as an anklet. Customer Service is also excellent. I absolutely love all my bracelets and would not buy any other brand !

I just wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I’ve been with the service I received from Martina. I had an issue with a gift that was unfortunately too big, and Martina went above and beyond to help me resolve it. She was incredibly helpful, understanding, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Had an issue with a bracelet that was not a recent purchase. I just contacted them for a suggestion and to my surprise Martina sorted it all for me, replacing the bracelet and sending me a cleaning cloth. Again, thank you Martina 11/10

I purchased a guardian angel bracelet for my daughter it was accidentally broken .. I contacted customer service asking if I paid for it could they kindly repair it .. to my amazement they said if I sent it back they would repair it free of charge and they even sent me a free returns link .. truly amazing after sales from Annie Haak and there team .. I have no hesitation in recommending them to potential new customers .. purchase from them with confidence .. 5 star service

I would give Annie Haak Designs 100 Stars if it was available! I had ordered the gorgeous Jasmine bracelet and was unhappy when I found that somehow three silver beads got tarnished. I contacted their customer service department and right from the start Martina was caring, understanding and accommodating. I felt in good hands. As I live in faraway Australia I posted off my beautiful bracelet to Annie Haak. Every step of the way I was looked after and the lovely Martina kept in touch with me. Even Annie herself polished my bracelet and brought it back to new and better. Annie Haak Designs posted it back to me in a beautiful box with the extra bonus of a polishing cloth. I am over the moon about the wonderful and supportiive treatment I received from start to finish. I can throughly recommend Annie Haak Designs. They go far beyond in their customer care, making sure their beautiful jewellery is enjoyed and cared for. Even through the personal dedication of Annie Haak herself. It has been the most dedicated customer service experience I have ever come across. A very happy customer from Australia.

I have been lucky enough to have been gifted a number of Annie Haak bracelets and they are beautiful. Unfortunately I broke one recently by snapping the elastic string. I contacted AH to ask if they could re-string the bracelet and was contacted promptly with clear instructions on what to do to. The customer service is second to none and everyone I came in contact with were so lovely, friendly and helpful. I cannot praise this company enough.

Love love love these bracelets. Because they are silver they don’t tarnish when they get wet and the unique thing is that they have two different sizes - great for my skinny wrists. Recently one of the charms broke, I don’t know how, but the company were very helpful and replaced the charm with ease. Thank you Martina for all your help!

I ordered the love stack bracelet set and unfortunately it was too small. I contacted customer service and a representative called Martina emailed me explaining I could return free of charge and have the bracelets resized. She guided me through the process and kept in contact with me every step of the way until I received the perfectly resized bracelet. Thank you Martina, your service was first class!

I had an amazing experience with the team at Annie Haak! My parcel was unfortunately lost, and it contained a gift, but the team responded immediately and arranged for a replacement to be sent out in time. The customer service was exceptional, and Martina, in particular, was incredibly helpful. I would give them a 10/10 for their outstanding support

I was thrilled to discover Annie Haak’s jewellery, and my sister and I have purchased a number of pieces recently. All are absolutely beautiful, particularly love the stacking bracelets which are excellent quality. I should add that I needed to speak to their Customer Service this morning and the person there was wonderful, couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Overall, we love the jewellery, the website and customer service are excellent and we will certainly be buying more.

The present for my niece in Hong Kong was originally sent to the wrong place by the courier and as soon as I contacted Annie Haak to inform them it had not arrived they were amazing. They did everything they said they would by contacting the courier company and sending out a replacement pair of earrings to my niece which, I am pleased to say have arrived and she loves them.

The best customer service ever. I rang with a question and a real person answered really quick and was super helpful, no automated machine or queue, a real rarity these days. Ordered the ring, came super quick, good price as they had offer on and ring is gorgeous. I have shopped here before and will definitely do again. Highly recommend

I sent my broken but precious Annie Haak bracelet stack back to them to be restrung, some of the beads were missing so they were replaced at a very reasonable price. The bracelets are now back with me and they all look brand new, I am delighted with them.

I have owned four Annie Haak bracelets, which I initially loved. However, each one lasted a maximum of two years before the elastic cord holding them together broke. When this happened, the silver beads scattered and could not be retrieved. Given the high cost of these bracelets, their lack of durability is extremely disappointing.

I would not recommend or purchase these bracelets again. My sister has experienced the same issue with hers. I have chosen not to send them back for repair for two reasons: (1) many of the beads are missing, and (2) the cost of repair is prohibitively high.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this product.
