Ordered a mini santi bracelet for my daughter. It was beautiful but too big. The exchange for a smaller bracelet was dealt with exceptionally. Superb products with superb customer service. It is the second bracelet purchased by myself & I would certainly purchase more.

Have brought 7 bracelets now from Annie Haak over a period of 2 years , all bracelets are amazing and still look amazing now , I have just had a bracelet decreased in size as I brought it to big for my mum and Martina who I delt with was amazing from start to finish and now the bracelet fits my mum much better and with no extra charge either . Great customer service . And despite what someone else has put on here , Annie Haak is NO scam , do your research , I’ve even been to the warehouse to collect one of my bracelets and met Martina , so certainly NO scam. Will be buying more bracelets in the near future . Thank you guys

Beautiful rings but very poor quality. I was gifted two charm rings for Christmas. They looked lovely but already the gold plating has worn off showing the silver underneath. This isn't the quality of gold plating I would expect after only a few wears. These have not been exposed to water, perfume etc.

Find myself going back again to Annie Haak for gifts this year at Christmas, as they were so well received last year. Also treated myself to a stunning stack bracelet for New Year. As ever, impressed with the customer service, answering quickly when I had a query.

My daughter had a beautiful necklace from Annie Haak a number of years ago which she never took off. After so much time the gold plating was wearing off so I messaged to see if they had any old stock of this necklace that I could purchase as a replacement. I had a reply the same day saying if I sent the necklace back Annie would take it to Bali when she visited their silversmiths and get it re-plated. Because it took a little longer than they expected, They then refunded me completely for the repair and my daughter now has her favourite necklace back and it’s like new.
I have bought lots of jewellery from Annie Haak over the years as we all love it as it’s such beautiful quality, but it’s refreshing to know that the people behind the product are just as fabulous. Truly outstanding customer service.

Sent two bracelets in for a repair and restring, the customer service team are fantastic as are the repair team, my bracelets arrived back looking so sparkly and new.

I have bought lots of jewellery from Annie Haak over the years and I have never been disappointed! Recently I placed an incorrect order and the customer service could not have been more helpful and efficient correcting my complicated order for me in time for my mums birthday.

I absolutely adore the jewellery from Annie Haak’s designs. Each piece is so unique and elegant. You can add personalised engravings too, which is such a lovely touch for any gift.
I’ve was gifted an engraved bracelet for my 40th birthday, which I love.

I have multiple ‘Stacks’ which I wear as one but as they aren’t joined, I often wear 1-2 individual bracelets from the stack depending on the occasion. Multi use :)
I have a lot of the previous silver and turquoise bracelets- as I can’t get enough of them and I create my own stacks with the different pieces too.
Customer service is fantastic, I had a bracelet that I snapped and they fixed it like new.

Personally, I tend to buy mostly bracelet and some necklaces. I prefer the silver rather than gold as it’s 925 (that a personal choice) but a friend of mine where’s the gold and it’s just as lovely.

Sama My Guardian Angel Bracelet Stack - it’s so beautiful and also the Yard of Love Silver Bracelet is also stunning. The ‘last chance’ section is great as you can get some great offers too, especially leading up to Christmas.
There is a discount for key workers and students too!! Fab little touch!!!!

A friend of mine bought all her bridesmaids matching engraved bracelets as a thank you. She got the Treasured Silver Bracelet - Initials & Angel one- such an amazing idea.
There really is something for everyone and even the single individual bracelets are so beautiful and make such a statement.

I love supporting businesses who truly believe in their product and every piece is designed by Annie herself too and they all have meanings -it makes it so much more special than a high street store. If you follow Annie Haak designs on Instagram she makes these amazing personal videos which are great.

Highly recommend.

Nu & Mii section is also great, I have a few rings and necklaces from here although not as much as I do of Annie Haak.They have just done a collaboration with Liv Bentley and before Sophie Haboo.
Beautiful selections.
My cousins in thier 20’s and 30’s also love nu & mii too.

Oh and……all the boxing is lovely and they can wrap too.

I have been buying Annie's jewellery for many years now and totally love it. I give it as gifts for special occasions and everyone loves it. The designs are fab her jewellery is high quality and doesn't tarnish, I also think it is very well priced. Love her jewellery and the service, its quality, and love wearing it. I never take mine off and it lasts and lasts.

Having worn Annie Haak Jewellery for many years, I still find something unique and lovely in there new collections. I am often complimented on the jewellery I am wearing and lots of friends now wear the silver bracelets. Really happy to recommend.

This was ordered on 1st November & due to arrive 5th. On the 7th it still has not arrived so I'm raising a refund with the card I paid on. I'd be really careful despite the allegedly "good" reviews, it feels pretty dodgy to me. Not tendon out until the scheduled delivery dats smacks of a scam.

Amazing and fast service. Quick to respond to messages and went out of their way to help me with a query. Highly recommend the products and will be purchasing for myself and as gifts in the future.

I have had many bracelets from this company over the years and never had a problem until just recently where I had an issue with a bracelet that was just over its warranty period. I expected them to not be able to help, but I called and spoke with a lovely lady who was kind enough to still honour the warranty and my bracelet was returned looking brand new. Would be very happy to recommend and I love wearing their jewellery.

I got given a bracelet from my daughter and unfortunately it broke and thought it would just have to be thrown however I saw that they did a repair service but I didn’t have my receipt so expected to pay. I sent it off and got a call from a lovely lady at Annie Haak, she asked for my daughter’s details and was able to trace the purchase which meant they were happy to fix it free of charge. I received it back today and it looked like new!! So pleased!! Thank you Annie Haak

Wouldn't recommend or buy from here again.

Paid over £120 for bracelets and they lasted just over a year - just outside the warranty so no help with replacement. I expected it to be fit for purpose and last longer than one year though. Will never buy from here again. Would definately not recommend!

I ordered a bangle they sent the wrong one which I asked them to send the right one, then they sent the right bangle but the wrong size, they told me I had ordered the wrong size but I have a email to proofed what I had asked them to send, they informed me I would have to repurchase and send the wrong size one back, I thought ok I will get a refund anyway so it doesn’t matter, so I reordered paid again and paid express delivery as it was a Christmas present. Now I’m being told they have not received one of the bracelets back so guess what they can’t refund so they have got both lots of money and I have one bangle. Shame on this company and I would never recommend them as this is all the fault of them for sending the wrong bangle in the first place and I am over £100 out of pocket. Terrible terrible company

The bracelets are pretty but just thread underneath the beading. Snap easy and when I sent a picture of my broken one they asked me to return only to inform me it would be £26 to repair as out of warranty. A gift I had not used much so little wear and tear. Not impressed as didn’t feel valued my custom at all. Will not be purchasing or recommending to anyone.
