Absolutely terrible!!! Many parking tickets they don’t do. And the once they do they handle poorly. They took a ticket on for me and months later I got a letter from dept collectors. The price had tripled and was being threatened with legal action. I contacted this company asking why it’s happening and all they said was we couldn’t appeal it but sent you an email!!’ An email?!! I check my emails every day but hadn’t received anything. They took no responsibility and gave me no refund on what they charged me. And was left with a bill three times the original parking fine. Never use them always pay the fine within the time it’s cheaper

All my parking fines cancelled from 2018 to date well done guys
