So kind and so knowledgeable! I contacted them after a ticket from PCM UK Ltd in an unmarked bay - it didn't look private to me! They advised me on the likely success of an appeal or not, helping me to make a bit more of an informed decision on how to proceed with the totally horrendous people that are PCM UK Ltd! In stark contract - AppealaParkingTicket were lovely, kind, and well informed - definitely recommend!

I can't believe this company ☹️ my parking PCN ticket hasn't been dealt with yet.
Hello everyone, I wanted to talk about my experience with this company regarding trust issues. From 2018 to 2020, I received seven parking tickets and paid £25 for each one. Whenever I called the company, they stated that they were in the process of appealing the tickets. However, some tickets have now accumulated fees totaling over £200. I paid £40 to reduce the original fee of £60, but despite numerous calls to the company, the issue still remains unresolved. As of 2025, I am still feeling confused, stressed, and shocked about the situation.
