Arden Maidstone BMW 

Just arrived and the quote supplied by email has doubled. How can you justify near on £600 for an oil and gearbox oil change?
Needless to say this is our last visit here, why do companies charge so much that it ensures you look elsewhere.

Bmw Arden service is the benchmark that other dealerships should aspire to. I have owed bmw approved or new cars since 2001 and never left the networks. Since being with Arden looking after my e38 7 series through to newer cars, their work and service is exceptional. Particular mention to Elise and Steve, as well as the manager in charge. They are the best ambassadors for BMW you could ask for.

Totally confused service department today- checked in online as requested for (another) vehicle recall, and added new wipers to the required work. Arrived at Arden, no record of the check in, so wipers were added in pencil to the worksheet. Estimate 2-2.5 hours, 8 hours later no call to say vehicle ready - and when I did arrive couldn’t find the work invoice, which eventually turned up minus the recall work (new airbag). Was asked if they could just write it on the wiper invoice - eventually typed on, but I can’t even be sure the work was done! Total confusion, won’t be going back!

Excellent service from both Anna and Chloe (service team) to resolve issued I had initially. Would recommend Arden BMW Maidstone for quality and excellent customer service 5 star all day long in my books.

1) They don't answer the phones. The only line that works is the sales line and they inform you that if you're not buying anything, they can't help you.
2) I was given a collection time which I arrived at, having left work early. Car was unwashed so not ready (despite Arden saying they were just washing it 45 mins earlier). Advised, they would now wash it and bring me the keys in 15 mins. After 30 mins, I went to see why no-one had brought me my keys, to find it washed, unattended on the forecourt, unlocked, both front windows open and the keys in it!

Clean, spacious area to check in and if necessary, wait for your car. Staff are professional, polite and helpful.Elise was particularly helpful in sorting out my dash cam issues. The car was returned clean and promptly.

I recently had my vehicle in for work and Elise on who looked after my booking was excellent, kept me informed on the progress and the car was ready in time, cleaned and looking like new, highly recommend both Arden service and Elise,

I am so so disappointed with Arden BMW in Maidstone!
I purchased my first BMW in 2016 and the service was impeccable. The Show Room was buzzing and a very courteous, respectful staff.
I returned yesterday, Sunday 14th, after travelling 1.5 hours to view a car. The car park was empty, the show room was empty!!! Such a different atmosphere from previous visits.
I was 30 minutes earlier for my appointment with Harrison, but greeted by Sam, who actually is a Sales Manager. Polite conversations had with Sam.
Harrison appears, who's peoples skills are ZERO. Not a clue how to communicate or converse. No knowledge of the car I was viewing. Unlocked the vehicle and that was it. I had several questions but had to wait for Harrison to collect his laptop! I was not offered a test drive!! All he wanted was for me to offer full asking price! I'm a cash buyer. He spoke with Sam and I was offer £150 off! I offered a thousand pounds less than the asking price. SILENCE!!!! No further discussions with Sales Manager ...NADA!!! I became very bemused by this embarrassing situation. No further communication....I just left, SPEECHLESS!!! A DREADFUL EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ARDEN BMW IN MAIDSTONE. STAY CLEAR!

As usual the service and assistance from the staff at Arden was top drawer. Elise was particularly helpful in getting the issue sorted very promptly and as economically as possible. Always great reception and a personal touch.

Very disappointing meetup this morning. Initially was book in for the AGR replacement and at the time of booking, i was committed for a lend car. No body bothered to ask about details for my driving license at that time. Today when i took time off from my work, travelled a good 15miles and upon reviewing my UK license, they said that they cannot offer me the Lend car, as my UK license was issued less than a year ago. It was so frustrating and not an experience i was hoping from BMW.

Very poor service. They charge £££ and never fix the problem. It comes back within a day of us getting the vehicle back. Never go to this Center. I wish BMW take away their franchise. They are ruining BMW’s reputation.

Had three new tyres fitted to my X4. Always made to feel welcome and the lovely Elise looked after me from booking in to picking up, keeping me updated with the progress. Nothing too much trouble and a bonus to have my car cleaned too!!

Had my MOT done today and was done first thing in the morning with a video review sent to me.

Elise was fantastic organizing everything and making it a smooth process booking my car in. Elise is a great member to the Arden team.

I purchased my current car from the Arden BMW dealership in Maidstone and have returned since for servicing and some wheel repairs.
On each occasion I have dealt with Elise who is very professional and extremely helpful, explaining everything perfectly.

We put a deposit on a new motorbility mini. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel the order. We were promised our deposit back. 3 weeks later we are still waiting. We have sent all the evidence of the deposit payment, the account it came from, but still no deposit has been refunded. It has got to the stage now that we will have to take Arden to court to get our deposit back. Simply NOT good enough!

Truly appalling service, phones not answered, no fuel left in car, car filthy inside etc - despite the many promises to return calls, feedback forms stating someone will call - nothing
I hope their new owner, Jardine, gets to grip with the couldn't care less culture of the staff there

I booked my car in to Arden bmw Maidstone dropped it off Monday 19/2/24 checked in on line again very easy very simple to do dealt with a most helpful polite young lady Elise from start to finish was all painless and no stress came in for a scuff to the bumper n/s/f and to sort my headlamp out asked to collect on Wednesday night car was ready on time they said sorry couldn’t wash it as had been painted which wasn’t a problem also like to say thank you to another young lady Anna for sorting the pictures off my phone to send to her via email which she did so thank you again a very helpful polite young lady thank you to you both 100/100 stars love mr cheeky in Kent glen uvw 220i

I use BMW Arden in Maidstone all of the because the service I receive from them is outstanding, I will only deal with one person, Elise Mankelow. She I attentive, Friendly, helpful and goes beyond a customer’s expectations with her first class delivery. Elises product knowledge is outstanding. I took a short break from BMW and went to Jaguar I received a terrible service. I returned to BMW Arden purely on the basis that Elise would deliver an outstanding service. Fantastic lady and great assest to BMW well done.
