Great phone. I purchased Honor 600 as a quick replacement of my Samsung Galaxy, was surprised of it. Very easy to set up. Battery lasts for 3 days. Perfect size to fit in woman's hand.

Simple way to get rid of your trade in items without the hassle of selling privately. I have previously sold them a phone, now my other phone and iPad. Paid me the day after receiving and testing at the price stated originally. I did use another company once and they stated one price and offered me considerably less when they received it! I received a fantastic service from Argos, I traded in my IPhone for a more up to date version, I received a fair price for my old phone which I was more than happy with. The whole experience with Argos was great, in recent years I have purchased other apple products such as IPads and watches, the service has always been second to none. I will continue shopping with Argos for all my electronics.

Excellent experience easy steps good trade

Got offered a knock down price from 60 to 40, saying the back of the phone was loose. Completely fabricated bullshit I checked it before I sent it, no option to challenge it was just accept the 40 or take it back.

Absolutely awful.

Sent my package with my iPhone 15 inside on Monday then got an email by Thursday saying they received it and would process it by the end of the day.

Fast forward to Monday and I still hadn’t heard anything to had to call up and in all fairness the woman was great and I soon got a reply.

Only for the reply to say my package arrived empty and it was just the bag I sent it in.

Seems quite suspicious after the 4 day wait from when they had told me it had been received.
