your telephone service is diabolical..
your telephone service is diabolical... "you are number 31 in the queue.no response after an hour waiting. Ask for call back No one responds. Have been unable to contact a Mohammed in your office who is handling alterations to my new policy since Mon 8-05-23 when he promised to phone me.
I will cancel new policy if you do not respond.

HORRENDOUS SERVICE
First time very experiencing such awful customer service from this insurance company as a NEW customer! Kept being told that someone will call me back and surprise surprise, NO ONE CALLS! I am so disappointed to say the least! Please sort out your service

Ridiculously high fees, avoid
Very bad experience, had to cancel within 7 days and was charged £141 for the privilege, more than half the years insurance.I expected an admin fee but that’s day light robbery
