Quicker delivery
For my order this month the processing time was reduced meaning the delivery from initial order to when I received my items was much quicker.

Refuses to send simple items
Refused to send 2 out of 3 items even though I wouldn’t have completed the order if I’d known I was only getting one of the things I needed.

Took a very long to arrive
Took a very long to arrive, parcel was damaged and the straps were not in the packet.

Order not even dispatched after 16 days
Placed an order on 5th September and it's now 21st with no sign of the order. The checkout delivery option said 2-5 days.
I emailed them 13th September and after an initial AI response, a person replied on Sep 14th, they apologised, said there had been a huge backlog and it would be with me as soon as possible and that I would get an email notifying me of dispatch. It's now 21st and I still don't even have a dispatch email, 16 days after ordering.
Either this company is a scam, or incompetent/ over-committed but either way it's not good when dealing with medications that people need. I will be emailing for a refund and going through the hassle of another pharmacy which is very frustrating to do the whole consultation process and need to wait another week. But at least I know I'll get the goods at the end of it. If they don't refund I will be going via my bank.
