Very happy with B4RN

Very happy with B4RN - no problems with installation and post connection communications and assistance where required. If only other organisations could be so helpful

I am really impressed with the service…

I am really impressed with the service from B4RN
Any problems are dealt with quickly and effectively and the communication from their office is first class . The fact they are local supports the confidence I have them. The quality of the Internet is excellent.
Would highly recommend this broadband provider.

A great service

A great service, high speed, reliable and when a cable was accidentally cut they were there within a couplevof hours to repair it.

From installation (very friendly

From installation (very friendly, quick, efficient and tidy) through the usual teething problems (getting wifi to work in a house with 2 ft thick walls), the service was second to none. And I haven't had a single interrupted Teams call or streaming issue since!

B4RN replaced BT, thank goodness.

Prior to being connected to the B4RN we were at the end of a BT copper landline from their Green box. We had a very slow internet connection and no sign of getting a fibre connection.
When a B4RN connection was a potential option we became an investor to help to bring offers to fruition.
Our B4RN internet connection has make a vast improvement in our communication and was a godsend during in COVID.
This was one of our better investments.
