This is the 3rd Bailey bracelet I have bought for the men in my family. The quality is very good. I've had them all personalized for each person. Which has been easy to do. I've called for advice too and had the most lovely lady in the office who has given good advice and great customer service, Nothing being too much trouble. I have even had the same lady deliver one because it would not have arrived in time for the occasion. I really can't recommend them enough. The icing on the cake is that they are made in Sheffield too. Great to support local business.

They are totally guaranteed and BoS are extremely fast in doing a repair if it is ever needed. The beads are also fantastic and we love that you can customize lots of them too. The jewellery caught my eye as it’s made in Sheffield - my son was born in Sheffield but we had to move away when he was 7 - he still thinks of Sheffield as a special place and I have bought one of your bracelets for him as a present as I think he will be over the moon to have something Sheffield made. He lives in Spain now but he still loves to visit old Sheff - it’s great to see a quality brand being manufactured in the Steel City and I wish you all the best for success - I think your branding and products are great
