Mix up with delivery date which was a…

Mix up with delivery date which was a problem as it was a birthday present however they resolved same day making a personal delivery by car. Everyone makes mistakes now and again but it’s how you deal with them that counts. Fantastic customer service!

Ordered an engraved bead

Ordered an engraved bead. Sent off the designs to Bailey and the bead was delivered to me a week later.
Really pleased with the bead and excellent delivery time.
