Purchasing and delivery
When my bed was delivered the guys were professional and polite and on time. The company were fantastic regarding my purchase and let me know what was happening on every step for me bed. The fitters asked me questions regarding which way I wanted the bed lifting from and sorted the tele out for me and showed me how it works and which control did what. 100% I would buy from bensons for beds again.

I got a finance deal and was told if I…
I got a finance deal and was told if I wasn’t happy I could change my mattress to a different one.. however I wasn’t told that the payments wouldn’t change so the original payment plan was for a Matress worth £2000 and my preferred one that I swapped it for was £1100. But I am still paying the original payment plan. They don’t tell you that before you sign the agreement.

Preston docks branch were very helpful…
Preston docks branch were very helpful in us choosing our new bed. We were kept up to date with delivery and when the bed arrived, the friendly delivery team were very efficient in taking our old bed and fitting the new one.

Excellent choice of Beds and Mattresses. Staff leave you to look around at leisure. Was served by Lauren who had only been there 3 days, she was very polite and friendly, and knowledgeable of their products. I would certainly recommend them.

Fantastic team Carl and his mate ( forgot his name ) were friendly , chatty , really helpful , phoned the night before , listened to what I said about our rd and school times not to mention traffic light problems and queues , even though they were scheduled at that time. They are a fantastic team to have on board

Great in store experience
Really happy with our in store experience in Preston. Steven was fantastic and so helpful. We didn't really know what we wanted but felt that Steven listened to what we wanted and gave fantastic advice.
We also appreciated that he involved our son, who we had to bring with us, so he wasn't bored, he ended up having a great time! Who would have thought buying a bed could be so entertaining for a 7 year old! But that was all down to Steven's fantastic attitude.
We felt welcomed into the store and that was really important.
We are awaiting delivery but the buying experience was incredibly smooth.
