Very good from start to finish. Very helpful - flexible and we love the product.

Great experience in the showroom buying a staples and co mattress and bedframe. Very well assisted by Angel who was not at all pushy, just friendly and helpful. Even stayed late after closing to allow us to finish our purchase. Delivery went well, great team for installation, Colin amd Reece. Mattress as expected, great support. Very pleased.

The service I got at York store was very good the young lady Angel was very very helpful nothing was a problem , the drivers were very good they took it to the room removed the plastic bag took it with them I would recommend bensons beds

I visited the Clifton moor store and had a good browse around. Emma was very knowledgeable and helped me to find and purchase the right mattress for me. There was a sale on plus an additional 10% so made a decent savings. Recommend to anyone needing a bed!

From walking into the store the staff were very helpful, gave us all the information about the beds that we were looking at. They then gave my husband and I us our space to discuss it. They came back over to us when we requested more information. We were impressed by their knowledge and they were not at all pushy for a sale. They contacted us the day before delivery to check that all details were correct then phoned the next day half an hour before delivery. The two delivery lads Reece and Colin were absolutely great and polite they took their shoes off to come into the house as soon as answered the door but I told them there was no need. The bed had to go up two flights of stairs and they took the old bed away and took great care taking it up and down.They were excellent in putting it all together in no time at all perfectly. We were very impressed with them both.

Fast and efficent delivery. We opted for the old mattress to be removed and this was quick and easy, followed by a speedy installation of the new mattress, which was considerably heavier than the old one! All the packaging was removed, which was handy too. The staff that came were happy and chatty and very helpful

Staff in the store were really knowledgeable (particularly Paul) about the products and very helpful. We got a massive 25% discount for purchasing over the bank holiday which was a lovely saving! The delivery team Elliott and Simon were also so lovely and it was assembled very quickly and they removed all rubbish making it a really nice process. Thank you

Arrived on the day we where given, guys removed the old mattress, then brought the new one, they were very conscious of our fixtures and fittings and removed their shoes as well. Did a great job

We were greeted on arrival & directed to the right area when we asked. Were not pounced on the moment we found the department but were acknowledge. When we were ready Emma was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We have had great advice, took home instructions on how to measure our access areas and placed an order over the phone, all in one afternoon. It was perfect and we look forward to sleeping soundly from now on.
