I placed an order got a tracking number and tracked it all the way said it was delivered but neaver received it. Checked with postal office and they said they could not track it because it wasn’t one of their numbers. Biganydeal won’t answer my emails so I’m out my diamond prints and my money !

I placed the same order twice, but wasn't sure that I had done that. Someone from your company discovered the issue and sent me an email as to whether or not I wanted to cancel one of the orders. I was so surprised! And, I will be receiving a credit in the amount of the extra order!! It was so wonderful to have someone actually care about me! Thank you!

They replaced defective item.

I have ordered several customs form biganydeals, unfortunately, my photo wasn't attached to my order. I received an email the following the order and a link to send my photo. It was a simple and easy to do.. The following day I received another email stating my photo had been received. Thank you for the promptness in handling my error. Will also get customs from them as the product is well priced and of good quality.

I sent an email as soon as the order was placed and noticed they were sending me two of the same item in a group of items. I immediately sent them a reply that the one item was for two different snowmen. I was asked to send a picture and I did. I heard from them promptly that they would change it to the two different snowmen I originally wanted. I was very pleased with their timeliness in getting back to me and handling my situation as promptly as they did.

I have requested replacement drills 3 times for this particular drill. and have not received any communication back.

I received order #BAD00149903 and have really enjoyed working on the Stained Glass Hummingbird below. The item number is XD119. The only problem with completing this is that there is only 7 of the #11 - E which is the deep pink beads inside each of the flower petals. As you can see it needs a lot more than 7 piece. Can you please send me another package of the #11-E with the correct amount so I can finish this diamond painting?

I sent this email on Nov. 29 and have not heard anything back from Big Any Deals. Are you able to send me more of petal beads needed to complete this diamond art?

This is the third request for replacement of diamond art beads. The photo below is one from your site. I would like to complete this diamond art but as you can see there are more than 7 of the 11-E beads needed to complete the diamond art. 11-E is the bead that goes in the center of each petal of the flowers. Can you please send me the beads or at least have the courtesy to answer my request for the beads? I know that the emails are going through as they are not coming back to me as undeliverable.

I ordered drill pens they came today with no instructions so I have no idea how to use them. As of right now they are useless to me.

I still have not gotten two of my last paid custom orders. They had been good about my orders before but it has taken way too long on these and they have not answered my email. I have no other way to reach them but through this review.

On Sept 14 i ordered 5 diamond art pieces buy 4 get one free on my debit card for 43.03 and I have not received them at all and no answer

I placed and order on Aug 6th and have heard nothing from them. I opened a case with Paypal. Big any deals responded with please close the case with paypal you will recieve your order shortly. I trusted them. o have heard nothing since.

I received that pen that is supposed to fill up then you can place your dots were they belong with out going back and forth, well I received mine, and the end that those dots are supposed to come out of, are to small nothing comes out. I am very disappointed, I have been waiting for that pen so I can finish my picture, and my friend wants one and I told her not to order anything till I fined out what happened

There was a mix up with my order. I contacted them and they were on top of it. I love their quick response!!!!

Very quick response from customer service. She said she would make it right. And she did. Of course it took awhile sure to shipping. I was grateful she followed through. Unfortunately her name was not on the correspondence, but if I have a problem again, I definitely would want her to solve the issue.

I absolutely love all my diamond paintings that I ordered. I got a few as gifts for Christmas. Just placed another order and am excited to get it!

I do ALOT of diamond paintings and only buy from BigAnyDeals. Their selections and pricing are the best. Items do ship internationally, but still arrive quickly. I can't really speak as to their customer service as I have never had to use it.

my order came with some missing items. Contacted the selling team and they are replacing my missing rhinestones......very easy to work with this vendor

I accidentally placed my order twice, they noticed it and contacted me to get it straightened out instead of shipping the same thing twice.
