I always get an answer to my problems whenever I come in here & usually get my order within a couple of days after you look into my issue for me. Thank you. I am very happy with the quality of product I get from you & the price. I have been having a few problems with receiving my products in a timely manner. Sometimes it seems like my order gets lost in limbo till I send you all a message. But it usually gets taken care of pretty quick after that.

Everytime I have asked for help they have been very helpful and very nice with my texts. Always answering my questions.

Ended up having a couple diamond paintings being sold out. They got in touch with me the very next day. There was a little bit of a price difference but they covered it for me. Overall they were very helpful and would definitely recommend.

Customer service is great. I got a kit that had parts missing and after contacting the company a whole new kit arrived yesterday. I’m very happy with this company and have ordered many times.

Love the kits I have received so far. The butterfly and bird windchime kits are beautiful and fun to make. Last order on hold for restocking items ordered. Asked to change some of the kits before shipping and they said they would change them, not to worry. Fast response to my e-mails. Love the new country girls and horses kits!

After contacting explaining error in order received the error was quickly resolved. Messages sent were answered in a timely manner and service was excellent. Postage was as expected to an overseas address. Very happy with quality and have ordered more

What started out as "poor" customer service turned out to be excellent. I wasn't happy with the communication through email and felt I wasn't getting any results from customer service. However, once communication switched to messenger it was timely and all issues addressed. I am very pleased with the resolution.

I put in an order on February 5. I received an email almost immediately that they received my order and I would get an email when it shipped. I never received another email and they haven’t answered any of my emails asking about my order. I am totally frustrated now. Don’t know what else to do.

They were really good about contacting me and keeping me posted on the progress of my order. They also replaced missing beads and let me know when an item was no longer available so I could order a substitute.

I ordered 4 diamond painting kits of copies of my photographs of my dogs. I had sent the same picture for 2 of the kits.
The company were brilliant, they emailed me right away pointing out my error and I uploaded a different picture. They were extremely helpful and kind.
I cannot express the joy I felt when the 4 pictures arrived, they were fabulous, they had captured the dog’s expressions wonderfully and that was before I filled them in.
I have had other kits from Biganydeals and they have always been excellent quality.
I will always use this firm and can’t recommend them enough.

I get diamond painting kits from you all the time. No complaints. I ordered one that never had all the beads with it so I cant finish it. What do you do about that.
