First time using a laundry collection service and so glad I chose this service. Sally from the Winchester team responded to my query within minutes, provided clear pricing options, and remained highly responsive throughout. Washing was collected and washed to a high standard, all neatly folded and returned the next day! Cannot fault the service and would recommend.

The Bright and Beautiful team are always efficient, good at their job and very pleasant and easy to have in the house.

I called regarding initially to inquire about a regular clean service. Sash provided clear information about the company services, I was pleased to learn that they use eco products and team are DBS checked!

Look forward to meeting Sash in person.

After a promising start, with the cleaners doing a reasonable job of an initial sweep through the flat, subsequent dealings with the management were very unsatisfactory.
We fell out over our different understandings of the charges I would be asked to pay.
I was left disappointed and out of pocket.
I would strongly advise getting everything in writing – the initial conversation may give a misleading impression of what the service would actually entail.

Have used Bright and Beautiful in our old and now our.new house. Very professional service and a clean fresh smelling house every time. Lots of dog hair waiting at each visit and gone afterwards.

I have been using Bright & Beautiful (Telford) for a few months now and can honestly say I could not be happier with their service. They are very proactive and responsive and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: We hired Bright & Beautiful Cheltenham in good faith to provide regular cleaning services in our family home. In May 2025, £955 in cash went missing from our property. Only their staff had unsupervised access during this period, in which we have CCTV to support.

Despite reporting the matter to the police and raising formal concerns with the business, we received no meaningful accountability, transparency, or resolution. We were met with defensive correspondence, a refusal to confirm the validity of DBS checks during the period in question, AND an attempt to charge us cancellation and notice fees — all while a police investigation is ongoing.

As a family who trusted this franchise in our private space, this experience has been deeply distressing. If this happened here, I worry it may happen elsewhere around Cheltenham.

I urge others to consider how little recourse you may have if something serious goes wrong. Our trust has been completely broken.

I have been using Bright & Beautiful since September 2024. All I can say they are brilliant!
They are all very professional & Mike communicates very quickly when I have a query.
Even when I have to have a clean at short notice in my property let he always tries his best to help.
All I can say is thank you to all your teams of cleaners and to Mike.

I booked Bright and Beautiful for a spring clean. OMG I hardly recognise my own house. They don’t just clean it, they make it look like a hotel. Little touches, blankets rolled, towels all perfect. They are Amazing. Highly highly recommend. Also do a bit of ironing for me, super flexible, super speedy and just a lovely team. So glad I found this lovely business.

Do not work for this company
They don't pay you.....I did a day's trial and did not get paid

They will use you for work then if they don't like you for some reason they ignore you and don't reply to your emails phone calls

I was told I would get two days work trial but only got one and didn't get paid

Bright & Beautiful have just completed their first initial clean of my flat and I am absolutely delighted with the results! Katie and Gina were superb. It's the little touches that make the difference too - apart from having a beautifully clean and fresh smelling home they added finishing touches like folding ends of toilet paper, making the bed. All things which are beyond expectations. And a lovely card left in the kitchen from the team thanking me! I can honestly say that if this is the usual standard, I am in for a wonderful experience. Account manager Lauren did an intial walk round with the team and again, was superb. I cannot fault them.

A big thank you for the fantastic job you did with our end of tenancy cleaning. The place looked spotless, and your attention to detail really stood out. Your professionalism and efficiency is highly appreciated.
I’ll definitely recommend your services to others and wouldn’t hesitate to use you again in the future.

We took their service in Harlow.
Highly impressive initial meeting and 1st clean. The standard just kept falling thereafter. Such a high premium cost should reflect in the service too, but I was paying mare than 100£ for the most basic clean that can be done by anyone in like 20£.

I am very happy with the cleaning team from Nottingham. They are friendly and efficient and leave my home sparkling clean. I love the products they use. Throughly a professional team.

Pretty sure some of their cleaners stole money from my kitchen. I also overheard one of them talking about things in my bedroom. Bad company. 👎

We are delighted with our recent deep cleans by Bright and Beautiful (Worthing). The team who visited on two occasions were thorough, professional and very skilled. They were also very respectful of being in someone’s house and we felt totally at ease with them present. Our house was left looking and smelling fresh and new and we have now set up regular visits. Highly recommended.
