I contracted Bright and Beautiful service to keep the house and laundry of my frail and aged mother clean and tidy. They were marvellous!

My contact was with the Stourbridge Manager Lindy who explained their services clearly and arranged for a weekly team to come to my mothers house.

The weekly team was led by Stacey and I have nothing but the highest of praise for her and her colleagues. Not only did they leave the house spick and span making sure that my mothers bed was changed and removing dirty laundry to return it clean and pressed the following week but they also made sure she was comfortable and made her cups of coffee. As she had no mobility at all, this was something she very much appreciated and looked forward to their weekly visits.

As someone who used to run my own cleaning enterprise and have very high standards I can confirm that the Bright and Beautiful team met my exacting requirements.

Good cleaning is something to be valued and not something which everyone is capable of doing. I'm therefore very happy to pay a higher price to know that the staff are skilled, have job security and are paid appropriately.

The Bright and Beautiful ladies came in and did a deep clean which was much needed after having a new bathroom fitted! I was completely blown away by the high standard and attention to detail they provided! I would recommend them to anyone who requires this service!

We use the (South) Manchester service. The most important thing for us is the model, with cleaners paid as employees with benefits- and not as casual labour- and organised by the company.
It is understandably not cheap but the money is well-spent for the above reasons. Staff are vetted too which is reassuring and the team-leader (Johanna) allocated to us for a long period now is excellent.
The cleaners also do a very good job and there is also flexibility to vary cleaning dates when necessary (e.g. for holidays). The Team model is also excellent as it is much less intrusive (e.g. a team of three needs to be in the house for only one hour whereas a single person would need to be present for a whole morning /afternoon).

Rebecca and her team in Telford are first class, their attention to detail and service provided really is exceptional. The cleaning work is thorough and meticulous and they treat our properties with the upmost respect.

I have nothing but praise for this company- they do an excellent job and staff are always courteous, helpful and friendly. I have had a fair bit of experience of cleaners and they are easily the best I have used.

Every time we have had the team around to clean the flat (we’re based in Manchester) the work has always been top quality, the staff are always kind and have a smile on their face. They deliver time and time again excellent work. I have healthcare needs and so having this team come in and help without any judgement and deliver quality work is helpful to me and I think they are just wonderful people. If you go with bright & beautiful you won’t regret it.

I don’t recommend This cleaning company Bright and Beautiful Derby Uk - due to it having very poor customer service .
They are helpful up until they get the pre payment in full and then you are ignored.
I had several issues about an initial deep clean where several things were missed off and the cleaners left an hour earlier than was specified for the deep clean. These issues were not addressed or resolved even though I phoned and emailed several times.
I also had important items of mine go missing during the cleaning and still have not been found and nothing has been done about that either , except being ignored again .
The owner was more interested in taking her holiday and probably used the enormous sum of money I paid her for a service I didn’t receive to go on that holiday .

An excellent ironing service! Our ironing is always collected and returned promptly and is ironed to an excellent standard. I would highly recommend Bright & Beautiful Telford.

Jayne and the Bright and Beautiful Southsea team deep of Carina, Michelle and Sara cleaned my 3 bedroom house and garden room and did a marvellous job, taking great care of furniture and finishes and leaving everything immaculate. Very happy they’ll be coming regularly from now on to keep it looking this good!

Excellent company Nikki, Monika and Theresa did a fantastic job leaving the house spotless. I’m well happy with Bright and beautiful home.

Deborah and her team were wonderful. At no notice whatsoever they cleaned my flat on a Saturday morning! Top class. Thorough. And so very cheerful!!

I employed Bright and Beautiful through Muhammed in Adlington area The ladies who did my clean worked so hard in the time they were with me and it has really made a difference My home is now how I want it I chose 4 weekly deep clean and I will be continuing for foreseeable future Thank you Karen and Lucy for a professional and friendly service and to Muhammed for support when I need it

Had Lisa, Kylie, Emma and Veneta come out to us today to clean our office, Kitchen, Foyer and two Bathrooms.
They done a great job, very friendly, quick and efficient which is great as this allowed us to get on with our work.

Another excellent clean from the Bright and Beautiful Portsmouth team. The team always leave my home SO clean. They are very thorough, without doubt the best cleaning service I have used. Not only do they do an great job, but they are also very friendly and professional. I really like that I can just get on with work in my office on cleaning days and leave them to it. I would have no hesitation recommending Bright and Beautiful Portsmouth.

They arrive on time and do a lovely job. my house has never looked so clean. I would definitely recommend the service.

I would 100% recommend!

I used the Hazel Grove branch for a deep clean as I has a damaged shoulder. The girls were wonderful and so was the house when it was finished. I will definitely be doing this again.

Seemed very professional on first meet / tour of property but price was significantly higher than all other quotes.
When questioned on cost, I was offered no breakdown / explanation of how prices were calculated so I couldn't proceed with services as I felt very overcharged.

UPDATE - thank you for your response but again, this shows no clarity / breakdown for how the price has been calculated.
