Waited 2 weeks for what i thought was 2 small items and 1 larger item. The treat box for £16.99 is absolutely tiny. I was expecting this to be the larger item. And i opened the seperate lip balm i’d ordered to find half of it stuck in the lid, and what was left looked like it’d been chewed up. Not impressed to be honest when paying these prices.

I used to buy their cocoa lip shimmer all the time. I would order direct 10 or 20 at a time. It was never in stock at the pharmacy, as so many people use it. ONCE AGAIN, FOR THE 2ND TIME, they have discontinued it. It's really baffling as many women are asking for it on their website.....It's all I've used for 15 years, now I have to fine a new product. Weird

Picked up lots of items in their recent 30% off sale, quick delivery and cheaper than Amazon. Placed a 2nd order due to my positive experience of ordering direct.

I love burts bees- the strawberry lip balm is the best! In the winter it’s great for chapped and sore lips. I wholly recommend burts bees!

I love Burt's Bees. I don't have sensitive skin or anything but i really like what it has done to my skin. I have used 2 different cleansers, the deep pore scrub and the lip scrub and i've loved them all.

Positive feedback for Burt's Bees! I suffer from localised Psoriasis on my arms. I rather randomly applied the Lemon Cuticle Butter on the areas affected and felt a reduction in the itchiness and inflammation over night. After three months of using it every night, my patches have disappeared. It may not work for everyone but this is my miracle cure!

I have had a problem big toe nail. Originally it was damaged then never grew back properly. It would seem to improve, then thicken up and fall off. I had tried everything under the sun: full blown prescribed topical medication; tea and lemon oil; special nail polish; almond oil. You name it I’ve probably tried it. For Christmas a friend bought me a lovely Burt Bee's set. I usually use your hand cream and lip balm. The set contained coconut foot cream. Several months on my toe nail has NEVER looked better. I honestly think the foot cream healed my toe nail which is phenomenal considering fungal toenail is so stubborn. I apply it most days and always to my toe nail.

I love Burt’s Bees cosmetics! I love their tinted lip balms, their lip shimmers, and their brow pencils! The lip balm’s and shimmers give just the right amount of color and they feel healthy on my lips. I love the little tingle of peppermint essential oil in the lip shimmers. The colors look great, especially peony and fig. My favorite lip balm color is rose. I was blown away with how well their brow pencil works in comparison to leading drugstore brands, and the drugstore brands’ pencils have been getting smaller and smaller! Not so with Burt’s Bee’s brow pencil! It has a great glide, excellent color, and sharpens effortlessly without breaking the tip. My brows stay on all day without smudging, even in the summer heat.

Their lip moisturizer is still my favorite of any brand I've ever tried. But recently tried the baby shampoo and it smelled like perfume and made me break out. I see they used to have a fragrance free one but cant find it anywhere. The best sensitive skin shampoo I've used recently is Cetaphil's baby shampoo. Also, had bad experience with Free & Clear shampoo, very drying, and gave me a whole body rash!

It is a great brand. I have tried its makeup and skincare products. I have sensitive combination skin type and its foundation looks flawless on my face.

The package of chlorine-free wipes I bought will not dispense properly. I've wasted almost half of the wipes getting them to dispense 1 at a time as they should. Too pricey to waste like this! Won't be using BB products again. Their website also isn't conducive to receive complaints by e-mail. Can't deal with a company who seems pretty un-reachable in terms of helping customers who have issues.

I have been suffering from very dry lips, they turned dark, and were very chapped. I tried the burts bees lip balm, and it’s so smoothing and nourishing on the lips, and brought back my natural colour. I can see results within a day. Wow.

Extremely sticky hand cream in which gave me a rash. Do not recommend.

Love Burt's Bees! I've been using this company for years, always wishing they would offer liquid foundation and powder. Now they have, and I can truthfully say it's exactly what I wanted. There's a multitude of shades, the product contains no chemicals, and the price is, although a little higher than I anticipated, still within reason. I also use their tinted lip gloss and lipsticks as well as creams and lotions. I'm very happy with Burt's products.

the regular lip balm i will say are good but if you plan on buying an OIL LIP BALM do not!!! it was the worst product i have ever tried! my lips are usually in normal condition and i am always keeping up with them with my lip balm on me, i ran out of mine and decided to purchase this lip oil, you have to reapply like every 30 min and it makes ur lip condition worse!!! i have never had peeling on my lips like i got using this product! i do not recommend! love burt’s but this oil was not it.

I have reactions to almost every product I use. Conditioner, shampoo, soap, etc. I havent found one ingredient that causes it, but most things labeled organic or all natural seem to bother me less. I also get eczema in the creases of my nose in the winter. I tried the Burts Bees facial moisturizer, and had zero reaction. My face instantly felt smooth and hydrated! Its incredible- a product that doesnt worsen my dry skin, but actually made it feel better instantly. Worth every penny.

Put in a guest order.. and went to edit billing address. Then it automatically changed the shipping address as well. No pop up..no
check box that I saw. Guess they only want their "in the know
customers" to have a good experience on their site. I hate having to think I need to educate myself to pay for overpriced goods on the company's OWN website. Lame as it gets. I sent customer service an email immediately after ordering and noticing the FUBAR. Next day NO REPLY..so my order was sent to the wrong address. So I had to call them if anything was going to happen at all. Their solution ? Saying a perfunctory "I'm sorry" and tell ME to contact Fed Ex to reroute delivery. S*CKS !!! Oh and the tracking numbers were not sent to my email after shipment.
and customer service STILL hasn't sent them 30 mins after the call. People like the products.. but I will never deal with their site again. LOUSY !

I actually use their facial wipes for myself which are great. But I was more impressed with their topical treatment for dogs with rashes. If your dog is having an itchy issue definitely resort to Burt’s Bee’s product for effective relief.

My favorite Burt's Bees product was the Garden Tomato Toner, I've been using it for years, and they've discontinued it. I purchased the Rosewater Toner in it's place. It's okay, but it doesn't compare to the Garden Tomato Toner and how fresh and clean it made my skin feel after using it.

Very sad it is no longer available.

Burts bees do an excellent range of products that really do work! Great gifts for people you love or for yourself! :)
