Being a customer since 2018, the company have been easy to deal with, any issues raised are sorted promptly and professionally. Would highly recommend them and Charlotte in the company always happy to help.

Massive thank you to Declan who has gone above and beyond to ensure than our collection services have been going ahead as planned and following up after each collection to keep me in the loop and make sure there were no issues.

Declan worked with the depot to get our collection time/day changed to suit the opening hours of our business, as the other time slot we were given caused issues with us sharing a site with other companies with varying opening hours.

Declan was lovely, polite, friendly and efficient. Thank you for all your help 😊

I would particularly like to express my sincere appreciation for Ms. Ava Greening, Finance Assistant, whose professionalism, politeness, patience, and exceptionally pleasant manner of communication made the entire experience truly satisfying.
Rather than allowing a lengthy exchange of emails to prolong the matter, Ava thoughtfully suggested that we speak over the telephone so that she could better understand our concerns and find a suitable solution.

Aidan (Logistics Co-ordinator) was great at resolving a few teething issues we encountered with our first Business Waste collection.
He was quick to respond to e-mails and was very helpful.

This company is a scam. They are a sham like Man City. Lately they’ve started charging for fuel which I refused to pay as I explained everyone’s fuel prices are expensive now not just yours. Their prices are increasing and the standard of service provided is decreasing. The only reason I gave 5 Stars is for Thomas otherwise I wouldn’t rate it all.

I have been a loyal customer to this company for the past 6+ years. I have made payments on time every single month. However on this occasion my account was outstanding a mere balance of £33 due to excess weight and they refused to collect my bins which caused me great difficulties.

Thomas one of the managers at this company was excellent. I was told by one of the staff that the bins are collected weekly and the earliest il have the collection is on the 26th. I informed them this was an inconvenience for me due to both bins being full. I asked to speak to a senior member of staff and my call was handed over to Thomas. Thomas went out of his way to find a 3rd party company to collect my bins. This was immensely helpful.

The customer service from Business Waste has been excellent throughout our switch from another provider. The team have been helpful and attentive, checking in with us every week during the transition to make sure our waste is still being collected and everything is running smoothly. That extra care has been really reassuring and made the whole process so much easier. We’d highly recommend Business Waste to anyone looking for a reliable waste service provider!
