Do not buy from this scum page. If I could give it 0 star I would for the clothes and scarf quality, very poor quality and the service from the merrachi team is horrible you might as well not contact them. I have never experienced anything like it. I will never buy from that page again, it's very sad because the design is nice but the quality is terrible and the items shouldn't be sold.

Very disappointed. I have been buying all types of scarves from different price ranges and I have always been very happy. Unfortunately with my latest purchase I received a faulty item; The product was from an old collection (a scarve with a black label instead of the beige one) and was not promoted like that on the website. Returning the faulty item comes with costs for the customer and the customer service is ignoring any type of request. Misleading and untrustworthy at this point.

I ordered black maxi dress from the summer collection, its so thick material more like denim not as described on their website as cotton.
Since I received my order I have been trying to contact them to return it and I got no respond at all from them. Finally today someone send my email with their address and advised me to return myself as I am based on UK ( nothing in the website mentioned this at all when I looked onto their return policy)
I tried to returned myself and create a shipping lable via DHL and it says its coming to cost my like £40 to return it. At that point I dont know what shall I do.

Great customer service good quality

The first time I placed an order was about two months ago. Even though their website states that it should take a maximum of 3 days to dispatch the item, after a month it still hadn’t been sent. I then received an email informing me that they would issue a refund because my order was never sent. I emailed them, but they were not helpful. They showed no surprise at the situation and made no effort to send my order. Foolishly, I placed another order since I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s been almost three weeks since then and nothing has been shipped. I contacted them yet again, but their customer service is the worst I have experienced in a long time. They truly don’t care and make no effort to ensure you receive your items. I just hope they will send me another refund and then I'm done with this company.

Staff is very nice, you can find lots of pretty modest fashion pieces. Easily accessible since it is in the centre of Amsterdam. Will return soon!

unluckily my hijab was full of staines. so i had ot wash it and then it became terrible to the touch.

Shocking customer service and absolutely no intention to dispatch items!
I placed my order on 7th March and received a dispatch notice two weeks later. I noticed that the dispatch e-mail showed no tracking information and the product showed no sign of being sent. I repeatedly emailed and reached out to the company via Instagram. Every messaged was ignored except one. I received a message to say “sorry we were busy” then silence. I eventually escalated via Paypal and received another order confirmation stating “initial order not sent”. That was over two weeks ago and again, no sign of dispatch!
I have been patient, but I am absolutely disgusted at this company lack of care that they will happily take customer money and not deliver! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! So called luxury products with cheap and sloppy customer service!

I love the merrachi style & colors. But to be fair, for a price like that I thought that the products would’ve had much more quality.

I bought an abaya in February (it’s now May), haven’t worn the first two months because of the weather. Now I have worn it like only three times, washed it ONCE & I can already see lots of pilling on the back of the abaya.

This is not supposed to happen when you buy an abaya for €130,-

So I am indeed very disappointed in the brand. This was not what I expected.

Although I gotta give them the credits for their hijabs. Those I love.

NO RESPONSE! Ordered from the UK around £800+ in clothing. The return policy clearly states returns are accepted and does not place any exceptions to items brought internationally. I emailed her hoping to get a quick resolution to this problem as I was in need of my money and also worried about the short 14day return span and she BLANKED THE EMAIL. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE especially from a MUSLIM-owned company. I STILL HAVE MY ITEMS AND DONT KNOW WHETHER ITS SAFE TO RETURN THEM ABROAD AS ITS AROUND £800. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN IF THIS ISNT RESOLVED SOON

I love their products, their material and especcialy the prices in the private sale. Reccomend +++

I have ordered an abaya and an underdress. I have received two abayas in stead of my original order. They make many mistakes.

I do not recommend people from abroad to order from Merrachi as I ordered an abaya and they made a mistake that caused the package not to be sent out of the Netherlands. due to the exchange rate I lost about 14 euros. this is money you cannot get back as they are not willing to pay the difference, even though I lost that money because of their mistake.
