Order arrived today after 16 days. The product is excellent, also the Service and Communication.
Be aware, that now you have to pay toll, because of the Brexit.

My first and last order. Postage from China is faster than Calissa‘s logistic Partner Landmark Global.
Still waiting for my parcel, tracking stopped after a few days. Will press charges against this shop.

Love the product I ordered, I regret not paying for tracking because the product did take more than 30 days to arrive l, but that can be expected from overseas shipping right now.

When the item I ordered did not arrive within the stated timeframe (I did not pay for tracking), I contacted customer support and they were quick to resend the item, which still arrived late, but got here nonetheless. Great service otherwise, and the product came as expected!

Best customer service experience ever! I had purchased some hair products and inputted the incorrect post code on the website so that the parcel was sent to the wrong address. They resent it to me at their own expenses. David really showed how important is the customer for them and also offered an additional 15% discount for future purchases. From now on I will just buy from them, no other websites!

Although my package arrived a bit late I think that was simply due to COVID set backs and it only came about a week late which isn’t long anyway. However when it did arrive it was in perfect shape and the brush I got (Denman Brush) works incredibly well. Overall extremely happy with this purchase.

Excellent service and fast shipping! I ordered the cinnamon flavored and spearmint flavored Marvis Mouthwashes. Both were powerful (all you needed was a couple drops of Marvis in a shot glass size of water and you're good to go)!! I wished I could say that I enjoyed both flavors; unfortunately, both had a slight off taste. This taste interfered with the great cinnamon and spearmint flavors of the mouthwashes.

Very pleased with the product and it did not take too long to be shipped.

I received the denman brush I ordered in perfect condition, and have been using it with no issue! I was worried about buying a knock-off by accident because I couldn't seem to find the brush anywhere and the ones I did find were very suspect. I was so pleased to see this store was selling them at a good price and shipped to Canada! The brush, of course, was completely legitimate and works wonders for distributing product through my curly hair. I will keep this store in mind for future purchases.

Postage was very slow and no updates. But other than that was happy with product - arrived eventually and good quality.
