Ordered denman brushes and they came quickly- excellent service

I ordered a denman brush which was so much cheaper than places here in the US! Despite Covid delays my shipment actually came pretty quickly. Overall I’m glad I ordered from here :)

Received my Elemis order, not always the case during COVID normal.

My order got lost in the mail + they were extremely helpful and sent out a replacement order via amazon so that it had tracking and i received this within a few days of emailing them

My order didn't arrive :-( After an email to David B from Calissa he organised for my order to be re-shipped as I wanted the goods over a refund. Goods arrived as per the new date.

It is not the face cream I perfectly know and used to buy in Australia that has been put into this jar pretending to be it.
I feel Completely scammed

I ordered four cans of hairspray and two didn’t work. I emailed them and they straight away sent me four new cans. Would definitely recommend and definitely use them again

This was my first time buying from Calissa.My Denman Brush arrived later than expected however my brush arrived in perfect conditions so I didn't mind as much, their customer service is great they answer your inquiries quickly. The product itself was great it wasn't harsh on my hair. I will buy from Calissa again and recommend them to others.

Received my Mason Pearson nylon and boar bristle brush in the mail. Love my new brush. Only downside is that shipping took a little bit longer but that's understandable as well.

Ordered an item over 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive anything... The website is down and I have no way of contacting them to check on my order’s status. Very disappointed :(

Update: Calissa contacted me and we are now resolving this issue.
