Had to deal with a crappy broker

Had to deal with a crappy broker. US cargo brokers. With their carnival rate. Showed up two hours early for my benefit to see what was going on to see if I could possibly get in and out with a 230 appointment. And then Captain Winnie started blowing up my phone about why I didn't check in two hours early. Lost five hours of my clock by the time I got out of there. Then had to take a 10 hour break. Then Captain Winnie is peeing on himself because I'm gonna be late. Because they don't know how to do math. They think your truck will run 90 miles an hour. It will honestly but that's not the speed limit. I got fined $450. Pull this crap load for free. And he act like he's doing somebody a favor by robbing the truck drivers and robbing the carriers. then carrier 411, that joke of an organization. Has a members only badmouth club. Stay away from US cargo brokers. They're gonna rob you stack the cards against you. And then blame you. For their scam incompetent. You can't get a correct address on them. Or location. Because Port John's don't have an address. I looked at the directory of their Chicago Illinois address supposed to be in a skyscraper on the 20th floor. They are not listed on the directory at the skyscraper. Maybe they got a mailbox there. Lost 2 1/2 days of my life dealing with these whiny. broker minions. You live in a fantasy world. I would advise anybody that sees this. When speaking about bad brokers. Make sure you file a review on their Google. And with trucker report also. And here also. Red flag these companies. And send out a warning. To the scam operators. Brokers shippers receivers. Let your interaction with these people be known. Posted on Facebook. We must spread the word and the truth. Post pictures ratecons. i've reported both to the FMCA for further investigation. go on Facebook look up carrier 411, and you'll see the police report of the owner being arrested. too bad this platform doesn't allow posting pictures

Carrier 411 allows brokers to report…

Carrier 411 allows brokers to report about carriers and They never reached out to us regarding the report. we found out from a broker when booking a load. Broker Midway logistics put up a false report about us. I have proof but nothing can be done. carriers are not allowed to contest the claim.

Their services are unreliable and unverified

Their services are unreliable, longer wait times, inaccurate outdated information informations on carriers and communication isn’t the best.

Some of our carriers have outdated information that needs to be updated. They claim the update their systems every morning to match FMCSA but that’s far from accurate as we’ve had carriers prove wrong info. As of the time of this message they have only 2 5star review from brokers the rest are a 1 star . This is very bad and shows no satisfaction from either Brokers nor Carriers. We also believe they need to verify these claims authenticity since there are just some bad nuts out there irrespective of being a broker or carrier.

STOP CHARGING US WITHOUT PUTTING IN THE WORK OF VERIFYING INFO. THATS A SCAM

Had a broker file a false Carrier411…

Had a broker file a false Carrier411 Freight Guard report on my company because they did not want to pay the load. Even the shipper and receiver told the broker to pay the load. They still refused. Instead, because I pushed the issue, they filed a false Carrier411 report. Called Carrier411 but recording states they won't even speak to me. No recourse to deal with this. All us carriers need to join together and go with a Class Action against Carrier411. Reading reviews on them, this has went on too long. They allow this because the brokers pay for their service. The broker who did this to me has a history in their reviews of doing carriers this way. Not good when you can't defend your company. Carrier411 is for the broker subscription service.

I have been the owner of a driver company for 20 years...I have 1 truck. 10 years ago business began to get worse and worse... now I can’t take the load at all. I decided to sell the company and found out that 10 years ago the broker wrote that I took the cargo and cash and never delivered it and did not return the money... this is slander! I lost 10 years of business nerves and my good name. I don't know how to live? The broker’s slander is still on c411., help me!

carrier411 is a fraud reporting company review at zero out five

carrier411 is bogus reporting company for brokers transportations members only who paid to report carriers which ever dirty they want to report again carriers and carriers dont have the chance to reply. these people are money hungry they will defend liars manipulations made up reports that never existed again carriers my experience began with this fake independant reporting company when a broker alleged that my company refused to pay for a claim
that never happened product was delivered with a clean bill of laden .carrier411 is a one sided reporting agent for the brokers with the brokers and only on their favor
for facts they pay carrier411 a membership fees to be able to report that is a conflict of interest because carrier411 makes sure these members which are the brokers spend their money worth carrier411 doesnt even allow carriers to be a member.CaRRIER411 is a fraud i talked the boss one time but he is nasty big mouth dude. they should be stopped.Just look at carrier411 reviews they are o equal 1 which is zero out of 5 that tells you everything they are at the bottom of barrel Only dumb brokers check their reports if carrier411 got the worse reviews and you rely on them as far as the choice of using a carrier you are the dumb one the report they had again my company is a 7 years since mid 2018 and the desperate broker updated the same bogus report every time they feel like it

Any complaints need to be addressed to Florida's Department of Agriculture and consumer at 850- 410- 3800. They will direct you to a online complaint form which I can't list here because of the platforms policy. This form will give them consent to legally represent you.
Also contact the FL governor's office by a written complaint.
Pls do this so we can put a stop to this company.
FMCSA is aware of this company and they do not provide carrier 411 with information like they claim they do. They are not regulated by FMCSA so they can't do anything.
Contact the above stated agencies.

Super fake organization

Super fake organization. “Carrier monitoring “ nothing right, my carrier info with FMCSA from 12 years is same, on carrier411 different. Nothing monitoring
to fixing thru info, they asking for money.
Again, if you pay them you are ok, if not, fake info.
I’m not sure how stupid brokers the believe on fake info when it is free on FMCSA site.

Scam that's hurting careers!

I called a broker and was confused why he said our safety rating was 82 when our dot safety rating is a 0. Then after asking the same question repeatedly, he finally told me they used this company. I have no way to defend any information on the site. No one ever gets the whole story when it is one-sided!
