Carrier 411 has our company flagged and we have done nothing incorrect. No one can explain why, no one seems to care, yet this is hurting our company. We have nothing on our SAFER, nothing on FMCSA. Our MC number is the same as another companies USDOT number and that USDOT number does have fraud on it. I feel someone has updated the information incorrectly and now it is hurting us. AND no one at Carrier 411 will speak with us.

This is the most b.s thing created, some brooker got angry because I charged them fees for a load that got double brokered. I had a load over a week, first day I pick up load I seen it was double brokered, called Asend logistics the original brooker and these idots kept telling me, the load was delivered and there's nothing I can do?? I only got 1 trailer and had other loads to cover, once the brooker realized I was telling the truth took 2 days. He told me to deliver it I said I will until a Monday because I had other loads I had to cover and was renting out my buddies trailer, I gave them the fees, and also told them I can take back to the shipper if they didn't want pay the fees, they agreed sign invoice. And now claiming I was involved in the double brokering, and was holding load hostage , i sent them proof of everything also gave them a lower rate because i know they made a mistake, i should charge them full fees.This website needs to be removed.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They have my email address (which is used for Human Resources, not freight brokerage) listed on their website. Many brokers use this list and send out quote requests. I have contacted Carrier 411 and tried to ask to be removed. I have sent multiple emails, they do not respond. I copy them on every response I send to all the brokers that contact me (and I ask to be removed from their list). I tried to call Carrier 411, but they blocked my number and will not take my calls. I have contacted and filed a complaint with BBB, but they will not respond. This company is HORRIBLE!!. I just want to be removed from their list, yet they will do nothing to assist. I never contacted them to ask to be put on their website/portal, they found my email address on the FMCSA website, and ran with it. They are a nuisance! This have been ongoing for months, and they will not do anything.

Zero claims, Zero loss runs,Zero DOT violations no late loads.so I just called to ask about my company if there is anything on preventing me from Booking loads and yes I was turned down by Giltner he said I can't use your company . Why ? Never had a issue whith any company before . So why not let me book up the load i asked for ? And these people just blocked me and yes I can talk trucker talk also but those are just my thoughts right now.

This site it the worst of them all, all reviews are true and it's happening to us for no reason. Our company is up to date on everything and they are saying our "Authority is pending". BROKERS AVOID THIS SITE

They continue to report my mc# number as 3 months in use and I’m over 3 years in use. I spoke with a number representatives all of which said the FMCAS is where they get their information from and they have system errors. Called FMCSA to confirm what Carrier 411 said and they denied their claim and said that the brokers should use SAFER. Called carrier 411 back and they blocked me. I continue to lose loads because they are still providing false information on my mc and when I asked the brokers to us SAFER they all say that their company only uses Carrier 411. I don’t know what else to do about this matter

This company is very unprofessional. I called this company to get information updated because brokers are saying my company is not active on the Carrier411 site. Then the guy who answers the phone hangs up and then blocks the company and myself from any and all phone calls. I will be reporting this company to the FMCSA. I also see you guys have a lawsuit for this exact same issue of false documented information......

They have incorrect info on our profile and there's no way for us as a carrier to get it corrected.

I JUST CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT FAKE INFORMATION ABOUT OUR COMPANY AND THEY JUST BLOCK MY NUMBER , THIS IS NOT CORRECT THEY NEED TO EXPLAIN WHAT THE FU@#$ IS GOING ON AND WHY THEY F#$% REPORT AND DO FALSE REPORTS ON CARRIERS .

I work for a Carrier. We just got our Authority in September 2022. We got a perfectly clean 100% pass on a DOT inspection on 10/7/22. Carrier411 does not reflect it in their system even though it is now 4 months (!) since the date of the successful inspection. When I call to ask them why it isn't showing in their system, they wouldn't even talk to me and just blocked my number because I'm with a carrier. Not cool.

Carrier 411 literally does NOT let carriers dispute what they call "Freight Guards". A company I work with had an issue back in 2014 with a disgruntled driver. That company has taken all the actions necessary to remedy the issue, but the freight guard still persists. Even claims that have been resolved professionally stay on as "Freight Guards". To make matters worse Carrier 411 MAKES YOU PAY FOR THE SERVICE to even have a chance at replying back to defend anything against you. They are bias towards carriers and it’s unfair.

Providing False information for DOT Carriers!

411 never listen to the carrier side and brokers use them as a tool to threaten carriers every time they don't like something

The website seems to be down, shaddy brokers manage it, is this good for the industry?

Carrier 411 is a very unprofessional, rude, and report fraudulent information. Fmcsa and safer watch states our authority is active but 411 reports it inactive, they have caused many companies not to work with us, we have been losing money and by the false out dated report we might loose our company due to their system. When I did reach out and call they would not give me any information about my company that they are reporting on, hung up in my face and blocked my number. They then blocked my broker account.

Our company has been ACTIVE since day 1, but brokers who use CARRIER411 are saying your MC is not active on carrier411. I called them but they BLOCKED ME.

Carrier 411 allows brokers to report one sided story about carriers. They never reached out to even inform us of the report. As many reported, we found out from a broker. The broker CDL 1000 just completely lied and said we held a load hostage and renegotiated in transit, we broke down. Due to their unprofessional demeanor and poor credit history we had them pay us for the miles we ran only.
We had a transmission go out on a 2020 truck with 290,000 miles. The load was in the tow yard that towed us in on our trailer due to shop not having room. They paid us for miles we hauled and off loaded onto another truck while we was still in the shop as they agreed. We saved all emails, text, and etc. We are with Bc logistics

I CALLED TODAY BECAUSE THEY HAVE GIVING WRONG INFO TO THE BROKERS ABOUT MY COMPANY. The lady that answered is the rudest person that i ever spoked. And she hanged up on me and blocked my number.
I have everything recorded and i want justice.
