Carrier 411 is the Worst!!!

Carrier 411 is the Worst!!!
They continue to report false information about my company. They say that my company has double brokered loads, this is completely false. They use A.I. to determine whether a company is good or bad. For example they flagged my company because our physical address did not match our mailing address. This is nonsense, a live person would have realized that this is a common occurrence in business. This company has no real dispute resolution policy in place. They will block your phone number if you reach out to them and try to dispute incorrect information that they have on file. Brokers please look at the reviews that this company has and reevaluate wether or not you should be using them. They are a bad company plan and simple.

I called to ask a question nicely and they transferred me to a recording stating my phone number is blocked and they cant do anything. On FMCSA website i show mileage and inspection reports but on their sites i do not. How rude that they cant take a second to explain we cant update and they just block our number and basically hang up on us.

Nothing for the carrier but everything for brokers.

The broker has reported against us the complaint. Carrier 411 sent us fax that stated that we have 72 hours to respond to the complaint otherwise It will be published. We replied the same day and expected that the facts would be verified and modified. However, they were not; they published the complaint without any verification. Moreover, Carrier 411 blocked all our company and my cell numbers to avoid contact with us, the auto attendant was saying that directly.

On their website, Carrier 411 requests you to submit the complaint only if you have documented proof to support the case if necessary. Since it was necessary for us, we requested them from the complainant, and they were not able to provide them.

Carrier 411 doesn't verify the information brokers post there. Brokers have priority and the right to post anything they want or need there. Carrier's point of view is not considered, weighted, or taken into account in any sense. Carrier 411 attitude destroys the reputation of the carrier companies and leads to monetary losses. Literally, you just need to accept the fact that what is told about you is true, even though it is false.

One of the worst in the industry

One of the worst in the industry. Worser are the brokers who chose their platform to verify carriers' information. Where do I start? The company is a big data collector of carriers. Profiles of carriers can be modified by anyone and carriers have no say in it. It is outrageous.

They are saying we don't have authority

They are saying we don't have authority! This is all false! We have no idea how to fix this since they blocked our number and said they have a lot of emails to respond to and it's going to take a long time. Meanwhile, brokers, who we have recently worked with, are now saying they can't work with us because we don't have authority. WHAT? We just worked with you last week. These people are all ridiculous and I hope Carrier 411 is held accountable for making small businesses lose money without doing proper investigations of reports and for refusing to assist carriers clear up false reports.

411 never lising to carrier explanation…

411 never lising to carrier explanation !!!
FG take broker side always!!!
Who is the brokers ? Money suckers
Brokers destroyed transportation industry .
When back in the days customers deals directly with carrier it was never a problem.
Customers pays fair rate to carrier to transport freight. Not like now brokers take crazy money from customers and pays crap to carrier.
If carrier start pushing on broker for compensate , {time / miles }brokers offering cheep compensation $150 layover or $20 per hrs detention. Carrier said driver dont want to run anywhere with this compensation find a truck take this freight of my truck. And then boooom ……
Broker said if you dont deliver you own this product , you holding freight hostage, we will put FG on your company.
Then freight FG company email you , you have 72 hrs to resolve this. Freight Guard how do you know what exactly happens between carrier and brker? Why FG takes brokers side?
I know why becouse carrier cant report broker to 411 . Only to some DAT or Truckstop load board that is do no regulation to broker.
Only thinks that control brokers when you call customers . But, then broker putting FG on Carrier saying you see contract said do not call my customers ?
JUST DO YOUR JOB CORRECTLY and no one will call your customers. Dont waist carrier time, dont double book loads with 3-4 different carriers. Dont hold carrier or book carrier on the load that is mot ready for pick up.
If appointment for delivery not set then compensate fair rate to carrier to hold freight in trailer as a storage / securty company.
Its a down time for drivef and carrier
Need to be compensated
Everyone has his time and business plan and it needs to be eccepted by other business party
And handled profecional not just
You will be reported if you dont follow what we said .
Hope FG management see this and take both partys explanation before make a desizion to report carrier or report broker.

This company reports false information…

This company reports false information that are reported to them from truck brokers without confirming the information is true.

I would caution brokers and carrier to be cautious about the statements that are posted on their web site and allow the carrier to explain their side before making judgement against the carrier.

Carrier411 is one of the most useless…

Carrier411 is one of the most useless services out there in the transportation industry. How do you have a service that brokers and shippers rely on indiscriminately that doesn't give the trucking coming an opportunity to present its case. Brokers keep telling me that carrier411 don't show that i have an inspection, when All my DOT inspections are done at LOVE'S.

Globaltranz put a false TRAILER THEFT…

Globaltranz put a false TRAILER THEFT remark on my account. I was never able to dispute the charge because I didn't know about it. I then went to Carrier411.com and they told me it was too late to refute the charge. I was never asked about this or anything , until I heard about it from one of my broker friends. This website is like Facebook for Brokers...any one can say anything without fear of reprisal.
