If I wer to sit & wrote every thing thats wrong with this casino I'd be here all week.. but I will say this.. I tried playing a game that was on the verge of breaking down last week a £20 deposit took me 5 & a half hours to finish. The game was closing down the spins wer spinning out so I had to log off then when I'd try to log back on the screen would be black it would take another half hr to log in.. then the game completely shut down & wouldn't play at all saying server error completely dead. When I headed to live chat to discuss this one of the agents i spoke with Kiriakos asked me "would u like to close ur account??" So so rude when I'm on here asking for some help. I contacted several agents explaining my issue not a single free spin or anything was offered for my troubles not even an apology from most. I was informed by one agent the games was facing technical difficulties, so then why let me deposit my money & use this broken game? Also if u set a deposit limit then go to play there is always an issue noone seems to know what's going on every agent tells u a different story. Major stress levels.. There is one good thing about this site & that is Simone. Simone will listen to u she will help u the best she can & she is a credit to this business also Mark. These two people will do theyr best to help u.. I asked another chat agent if I could have some spins as they wer allowing me to throw money away on a broken game, something for inconvenience.. the guys reply no we do not offer spins but am sorry for the "inconvenience" I sontcknow how these people get away with this. Managers do arnt accessible.. but they need to start making themselves accessible because theyr business is in ruins. I have played maybe once or twice and its been smooth but 9 times out of 10 there's a problem om deposit. Either the code don't work or the game won't play or I can't sign in.. there is ALWAYS an issue. Awful

Deposited £20 tried to withdraw £100 got declined sent all my id I have and tried to contact them no joy

I placed a bet at 2.18 odds. The bet accepted. The bet was sitting there in my open bets. The bet went on to win and then the bet all of a sudden was not accepted and they returned my stake instead and adjusted the stake to £0 with the bet still in my bet history. Live chat have been useless taking ages to respond with their standard generic replies. Scammers.

Very good experience so far, great selection of popular games, rtp is fair considering to other sites I use and have used. But it’s gambling so I take the good days as well as the bad days, also I dont gamble every day or week, usually just a few days a month with a set budget.
