Bought 4 Plantronics earpieces at $80 each. They all were broken didn't work, could barely hear or used with markings rubbed off. How is this company even in business. Should be in jail.

Terrible company! Sold a reconditioned headset to me as though it was a new one on sale. Listed the regular price with a line through it and their price next to it without telling me it’s reconditioned. Then when I tried to contact them their website was mysteriously down for a number of days. My credit card company did not support me because Cellxpo said I didn’t contact them first. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. My headset now doesn’t work just a few months after buying them!

I ordered a waterproof Phone case. The case shipped quickly. It arrive undamaged on the outer mailing packaging. When I opened it, the inside box for the phone case had some visible wear and tear, and water damage. I though it was just because it's an older phone case.
When I opened the packaging, the case inside was FILLED WITH WATER, the actual phone case, the waterprood phone case was retaining water. The paper and packaging inside the box where all soaking wet. This product had clearly been in a flood, and was submerged underwater, and they sold it anyways.

My daughter ordered some headphones and within a week they were delivered. The correct item was sent and they work perfectly! Thank you CellXPO ❤️

Sent wrong item. Refused to respond to emails. Only phone numbers available are “not in service” or ring to a FAX machine.

I ordered two Google home speakers. When they arrived both had small holes in the fabric. That didn't bother me since the speakers would be out of sight. I set up one of the speakers and it works fine. The second speaker does not work. My Google home app will not recognize it. I have factory reset it x3. uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone with no change. I sent an email to CellXpo describing the problem and received this reply:

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would!!! 🤬🤬 I ordered two refurbished Plantronic Explorer 50 Bluetooth Headsets Dec 29. I should’ve received my order in January-it NEVER CAME! My USPS confirmation said it was delivered, but as I stated to the customer service, I’ve had mail delivered to me, the wrong address, which clearly stated other’s address’, SEVERAL times. They didn’t send me my product, refused to issue me a refund, and now I’m seeking further action.

DO-NOT-PURCHASE-FROM-THEM!!

This is clearly one of the worst sites to order from. I ordered a replacement LG HBS730 Bluetooth headset thinking that it would be authentic but it wasn’t not only did they send me what I didn’t order the item was damaged and did not work! I tried to contact them via email no return call no return email. I wouldn’t mess with this company they are fraud!

They sold refurbished products as brand new. The products were scratched damaged and did not charge. Total Scam

Do not use this Co.they are a scam they will not ship your item and they will not respond to emails and no phone number to call them.I wish i had read all the reviews first.Stay away from Cellxpro if you don't want to get scammed.

Their are bad service and sent to me used headphones lg730 eBay the butter on this is first and last time work with cellxpo

This company sells used and broken equipment. They are counting on you to accept it and forget to return before the 7 day return window. Terrible business.

I bought LG earphones when I got them I found out they were used and not working I then tried to return them and they made me pay for shipping $15 to send them back to them and after all they never returned the money because the were asking me for an arma # which I gave them the one they emailed me but they said that was it I asked to talk to someone but no answer I am disappointed 😠

Purchased date was 5-25-2020 $76.90 was spent online for a Blue parrot Blue Tooth Headphone set for a Cell Phone. Today is August 12th Item hads not arrived yet cannot be reach by phone you can fill out a form online they you will be reached within 2 days by Email, no email arrived shop at your own RISK.

My son ordered a bluetooth from this place, took forever to receive it, and then when it did get here it was missing the charger and car vent clip. Sent them an email and they tried to tell me nothing was wrong with it, took pictures of the packaging showed them it was use, then they said we only had 7 days to return it, well by the time they said this 7 days were up... I do not recommend..

I think the authorities need to investigate this company for mail fraud. DO not even attempt to use this company!

If you buy from these crooks you've been warned. You'll get junk if you even get anything. I got scammed by them. Look them up on the BBB website. You'd be better off giving your money to someone deserving. STAY AWAY.

I ordered a pair of Power Beats Pro and they are supposed to be new. They're not in original packaging and not all there. They actually shipped in a sandwich bag. I called them and I was told to send them an email because there is no one there who can take care of the problem. I will send them an email but I will also file a complaint with the Consumer Protection division of the Attorney general office in IN. I intend to contact the BBB and I did some research and I think it might even be mail fraud judging from the reviews. What a scam!

The item that was delivered was not what I ordered.

I ordered a new headset for my cell phone, CellXpo sent me the wrong headset, it also is clear that the headset was used and is not new. The box was opened and the tape was folded back. When I pulled out the items from the box the material holding them in place was ripped and the box itself is damaged.

It is clear this company is selling used and damaged items as new. All you have to do is read the overwhelming bad reviews about this company below...

I wish i would have read these reviews before I ordered anything from this company, I do not recommend buying anything from them...
