I recently purchased a bluetooth and unfortunately the unit would not go into pairing mode. With no questions asked, the CSR replaced the product before even receiving the defected return. I am confident the new model will perform satisfactorily and am pleased with this vendor. I will recommend Cellxpo to my friends and colleagues.

this seller is an outright crook they sent an empty box nothing in it wont make it right dosent respond buyer be ware how do you package a bluetooth in a box without sealing the box? the low price should have tipped me off hope i can get satisfaction thru credit card company to the owners you can not atone for this deception dont even try

this is what i think about cellxpo.com is a good company they have good service i ordered a bluetooth with them and i get it fast of corse they have a very good price on all bluetooth i am very happy with my bluetooth thanks cellxpo.com good luck

The item arrived quickly and was just what I ordered. Customer Service is responsive and helpful. I was referred for service on my item to the manufacturer and when they could not repair it they failed to provide me a like replacement. I really needed that particular model and even though the replacement period has passed CellXpo agreed to replace my item. I would not hesitate to use them again. They provide exceptional service!

great company must i say i made my order on wednesday and by friday my product was at my door now i have my bluetooth for two months now still look brand new and working great i would recommend cellxpo to anyone

VERY EASY TO FIND PRODUCT.

well i have bought 3 product from cellxpo and to be honest its one of the most fantastic company I ever bought something from there prices were low and there product was great and there customer services was great they took time to help me set up my bluetooth and i really appreciated it

It was easy!! I ordered, i received it shortly afterwards. I had a question that was answered promptly! I'll be back as a customer.

They sent me used crap, be carefull they don't have a phone number where to call, and they never responde the e-mails, BASTARDS!

These guys are frauds. Don't ever buy from them. I order a battery and they shipped me a used battery.

At this moment I am asking a refund from them, but these bastards are sitll insisting the product is new.

DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM!

Bait and switch. Do research of the comapny CellXPO and you will see that they are posting the only postive reviews.

They sent me a USED product with no packaging, missing pieces, and with a 3rd party charger....

THere are literally hundreds of bad reviews for this company. Do your research.

ORDERED A MOTOROLA BLUETOOTH GOT IT NEXT DAY BRAND NEW NO PROBLEMS AT ALL WOULD DEFINITLY GO BACK IN A FLASH.

The company shipped me a non-functional display unit in an open package. The customer service (i.e. Joel Kremer - CEO, tech support) insisted that the headset simply needed to be charged for 24 hours... This was a display unit like they have in cell phone stores that are only for display purposes. Unbelievable.

I paid for a original version Jawbone, the product though no longer manufactured was supposed to be in it's original packaging and under a full 1 year warranty, Their exact words to me in my complaint email reply: Product is new and 100% original; under the one year warranty with the manufacturer. and the only phone number they gave me for contact was to Jawbone Direct. Cellxpo are Losers, they said to ship it back and they will inspect it and refund accordingly... yeah I am not holding my breath. and I want my shipping costs back. the product was Used, had Head Cheese on the earpiece and had the ear bud protector ripped from the edge, the great folks at Jawbone said that was normally where the date code would be, this one has it on the outside of the product. it came in off brand packaging with a photocopy of a quick use guide stuffed in the box, the product was in all upside down.... they are liars, I will keep you posted, this is a Fly-by-night company, you will get taken.

I ordered 2 bluetooth headsets and only received 1. They asked for photos of the box and contents. I did that and they said they would investigate. then said they would ship replacement. 10 days and still waiting.

its amazing how companies can do that and they think that in this internet era will get away, fortunately right now good things on the internet spread fast , but also bad things, so we as customers make more valued decisions with informations on hand, I wanted to put minus 5 but the system did not let me, its amazing , i sent them an email , and they laugh at me about what they did, but as they say ,WHAT EVER YOU DO , WILL COME BACK 10 TIMES

My desired rating is zero stars, but I have to use the 1-5 scale. Cellxpo.com is shipping used merchandise to people, but not indicating on the website that the merchandise is used. I ordered a Jawbone II bluetooth device, and it had someone's initials scratched on it. This is so very unsanitary. They are committing fraud. DO NOT order anything from Cellxpo.com. It will not be new.
