Do not buy from this company!

I purchased what was supposed to be a new LG HBS-730 Bluetooth headset from Cell XPO. Instead, what I received was a refurbished defective headset (a headset and usb cord in a plastic bag, with no other documentation or accessories.
I wrote the company because I was not happy with getting a refurbished unit and that the left side of the headphones would not play sound. This product also looked like it had been used for some time. This product is not what I ordered. I even returned to the website to make sure I did not miss something. It is supposed to be new, not refurbished.
After several emails, I received an email telling me to charge my unit for 12 hours. Although I had charged the unit, this had nothing to do with what I asked. After several more attempts, I was told to contact the manufacturer directly for replacement. Even though I continued to email Cell XPO, my emails went unanswered.
I contacted LG and explained the situation. LG gave me a return authorization. When the product arrived at LG they refused the product because they could not identify the model. (Where model and serial are located, it was stamped “refurb”). Because LG’s system is really not setup for this type of situation, It took five phone calls, two supervisors, and sending copies of the single invoice I received in the box to get a replacement unit from LG. Many thanks to the people at LG.
I generally do not write a lot of reviews, but I do not want someone else falling into the same trap with this company. They are not to be trusted.

Crooks DO not do business with them.

Purchased a Motorola Bluetooth head set. When tried to use it, it do not work. Called the company and they said ever unit is tested before it is sent out. It came in a sealed bag from the manufacturer so there was no way they could have tested it. They told me I would have to send it to Motorola to have it repaired. I put it into dispute with American Express and took over a month to get the company to finally give me an RMA for a full refund.
So do not do business with them if you do you will be sorry.

Cheaper headset substituted and denied!

I ordered 4 Motorola H17txt headsets at $39.95 each. Cellxpo in Brooklyn, NY sent me 1 H17txt, and 3 straight H17 headsets. The difference is now and always has been the outter metal mic cover on the H17txt model instead of the plastic mic on the H17. They even have the pictures on their website showing both models with complete descriptions.
While they price both models the same, other sites, and traditionally so, charge $10 less for the straight H17.
Either they don't know the difference, which I doubt, or they just chose to substitute without telling me, then when I complained by email they claimed they sent me the H17txt even though I sent them pictures.

I can't be more disappointed!

My disappointment is not in the product (wireless Motorola wireless headphones) but with the company. All I needed was a copy of my order and they said they don't keep invoices. How does a company do business if they don't have records of what they sold? The customer service I received added insult to injury. Here's the email responses I received in their entirety:
Cellxpo - Your invoice is shipped with your order.
Cellxpo - we do not keep a copy
Please help me put this company out of business by not buying from them. I'll pay more if I need to for better customer service.

Sony MW600: Product is not good and Its assembled, Parts are not matching and No good Quality

I took the Sony MW600 and I received teh product through ground shipping and for this they charged me $7 and total of $47. The product is not original and its all assembled. The headset is different from the Bluetooth device. bad customer care experience. All product are bilk packed and hence you dint get the Certificate or Warrently card.
ITS A BAD COMPANY who sells cheap product. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Very Pissed

I odered The Kingston 2GB Micro-SD Card With SD/ Mini-SD Adapters and got theTranscend microSD 2GB with adapter, You cheated me. I was charged $19.00 plus tax and shipping cost which came out to be $26.00 with tax. You got me but you won't get me again, your company should be ashamed treating people like this stealing their money. If you did not have the right product you should have sent the money back.

Crappy company

I orded from them because they had the items 'in stock' In turned out they didn't. I asked them the status 12 days after I ordered and was told the items are out of stock for at least a few more days ( on the friday Dec 29 this means at least a week). I sent them a e-mail requesting to cancel. In the 45 minutes from when they sent me the e-mail until I sent them one back they said they got the items in and they were shipping and could no longer be canceled.

I don't trust this site and would never use them again.

Satisfied with Customer Service Response

At first I was skeptical about CellXpo when I did not receive my order. Wrote an email to customer service and found out that the Jabra BT 8040 Bluetooth headset that I had order was not in stock. CellXpo offered another Jabra headset instead but elected to change the order to getting the Bluetooth_Car_Kit-TZ700 speaker system with no additional charge. I confident that the product will arrive in a timely manner. I would buy from them again in the future.

Great response to a mistake!

I ordered a bluetooth device and noticed just as I clicked on it that it was the wrong one! I immediately emailed to ask if it could be cancelled. They got right back to me. They normally have a 25% (Yikes) restocking fee for cancelled orders, but they waived that and stopped the order without charging me. I really appreciate it and glad to give them a positive review.

Great Company

I got my order they work great and a big thanks to how ever slip the extra SP200 in at the last second after my order had been process. Terrible customer service

I would definitely not shop there again. It took 24 days to receive my order (and I live in the US) and even though I emailed them several times to check on the status, the replies were cold and they seemed to wash their hands of it. "Your package is in transit" they kept saying.
Finally, after more than 2 weeks, they decided to look into it and found that the package had gotten stuck somewhere. I did receive the package, and I was lucky that the items were still in it as the box was not sealed in any way whatsoever; anyone could have opened it and removed my purchases.
They never once offered to somehow make it up to me, and all I got was "sorry for the inconvenience"...
They just didn't seem to care about anything beyond completing the sale.
