I have ordered in the past and was not a bad experience, however this time i am fed up. I ordered a "NEW" LG headset, it was damaged in transit by the post office. After 2 months of emails I finally got them to agree to replace the unit. I got the unit and it has black tape on the back covering exposed wires. This company is a fraud and a scam I am trying to bring a case against the company and get them shut down and possibly fined for false advertisement and copywriter infringement. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!

Purchased new headsets,recieved used headsets,they overheated and or stop working within a week. They will not respond to emails.
Stay away from this company.

i got a set of headphones that DO NOT CHARGE OR WORK and have emailed multiple times to return and got 1 email back saying the headphones work as they tested them before they sent them. this not only means they are not NEW as they dictated, but that they clearly don't listen when i have said 3 times the headphones do not work, at all, after multiple charges. i have filed with the BBB and will be disputing the charges with my credit card company if that doesn't---they are VERY disreputable and need to be shut down so that others don't get scammed like many of us have. it's really unfair to commit fraud like this.

i purchased a Jawbone ERA bluetooth earpiece and the quality was terrible. Couldn't use it. I contacted the company and not until repeated emails did they respond to say i could send it back, but haven't heard anything since. This is the worst company i have ever worked with. Don't buy anything from them. I wish I had known this before placing the order. I will also take them to small claims court if I don't get a properly function bluetooth earpiece.

Ordered new Samsung wireless earbuds and they came in a plastic baggie. When I asked them about this they indicated this was the "bulk shipping" noted in the item description--they remove it from the packaging. However, components that are typically included with a new item were missing and there was no owner's manual. Reached out to them for a return RMA# because I was expecting an intact new item, in a box, and have not yet heard from them. I will update if and when I hear from them...

Purchased Headset as a gift. It came in a plastic bag no paperwork. Looks used and broken.Terrible customer service. Shop somewhere else

VERY Disappointed with their CHECKOUT.... I corrected 2 times the State, and then when it processed the order it changed State from TEXAS to NEW YORK,,,, REALLY??? What the heck... and I could login but CANNOT get to any of account info... What the Heck is wrong with their site... I don't trust their site at all now!!!!! I have asked them to just cancel my order... so let's see what happens....

I double and triple checked when I received the headset, I checked all the numbers, with my other headset that I bought from Best Buy. Thank goodness I see no refurbished. But I will say their communication methods suck. It does take forever to get through. I ordered a blue and I got a black set. It was missing the little Clips to keep the excess wire from the earbuds out of my way. I took the other Clips off my old headset to put on the new headset. So far everything works. I haven't had a problem. It did take forever to pair it, but it finally worked.

My daughter ordered me a JBL Link 20 Bluetooth speaker. It has one speaker that doesn't work, It was owned by some women in Witterier, CA. I can't change her information. I e-mailed them. They say they will contact you in 1 to 2 days. They haven't contacted me. I sent them a second email. From what I read I don't think I will hear anything back from them.

11/19/19 Update.
Just received a number and address to send it back for an exchange. Lets see is this one is any better. If not I am going through the credit card.

I should have read reviews first! I try to trust everyone until I am given a reason not to. Well CellXpo will give you plenty of reasons to run! Do not do business with these people!

I HAVE JUST BEGUN TRYING TO RETURN ITEM THAT I DID NOT ORDER. I LOOK FORWARD TO THIS NOT ONLY DO I HAVE ALL THE EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE FROM CELLXPO STATING THAT IT WAS WHAT I DID NOT ORDER. MAIL FRAUD TO START I WILL GO TO THE POST OFFICE TO LEARN WHAT I CAN DO. I WILL TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS. I WILL MAKE SURE IT WILL COST CELLXPO MORE MONEY FOR NOT RETURNING MY MONEY . STAY TUNED FOR MORE I JUST STARTED I WILL MAKE CELLXPO'S LIFE MISERABLE FOR NOT WANTING TO RETURN MY MONEY PLUS SHIPING AND HANDLING AND A SELF RETURN PAID LABEL. I AM GOING TO HAVE ALOT FUN DOING THIS.

Ordered a headset they advertised as "New" It is not . Return policies along with other factors make returning the product not cost effective. Watch out. I cant think of a worst business I have ever dealt with. Please take my advice and avoid this company. The reviews speak for themselves.

TERRIBLE!! Motorola headset I ordered was not in Motorola packaging, missing pieces, and buttons don’t work. They offered me an RMA number to return the headset for “inspection” but the RMA number is only valid for 7 days. This company is a total scam selling broken electronics, having customers return the product, giving no refunds, and reselling the broken products to the next person. I wish a bolt of lightening would set their “store” on fire. They deserve it!!!

If I could give them no star I would , , I will never ues them again , I bought new buletooth they send me ues one and wasn't working ,
this company are thieves.

I see that I'm not the only one who experiencing a problem with this company. After almost a month, I received yhe headset without any instructions or documents above the headset. No has responded to my inquiries for help. I can't get the headset paired to my phone. What the HELL Cellxpo!! Reporting your company to the better business bureau. Shame in you!

Ordered a pair I of 760 LG Bluetooth FOR someone, the order was supposed to go to Pittsburgh PA, instead they called me wanting to confirm the the billing address which was different from the shipping address, the item I ordered was supposed to go to the shipping address in Pittsburgh, but she decided to send it to my address instead , complete IDIOTS!!!

The shopping experience was ok

It was supposed to be a new unit instead comes a refurb unit with no instructions and no box ...nothing ...try to get some info from them and they new respond ...truly the worst ...NEVER USE THEM!
