I would not eat at Cheddar's anymore my husband and I went to Cheddar's in Greenville North Carolina. First of all the restaurant is dark. Need better lighting. Do they keep it down so you can't really see what you're eating. Didn't take long to get the food my side dish was wings and rice after taking two bites of it and staring it that was a roach in my beans and rice. First time going there will not do it again I believe Harley in restaurant ratings and cleanliness. If you're taking people money why you can't hire people that really care about their job and make sure everything is clean and sanitary.

Cheddars use to be a great place for a great meal. The cheddars on Germantown parkway in Memphis is got to the worst restaurant by far. I believe from the time we got in the restaurant because we was white no one wanted to serve us. That’s how we felt. Set for fifteen minutes before we got a table. After a black couple came in the restaurant they set them down. When we got our table we set there ten minutes before anyone said anything to us. So we got up and walked out. And we will never go into another cheddars again. B. Simmons. Tn

Honestly we have been going to Chedders for years amd it was one of our favorites. It's been going down hill but we keep giving it another chance. We took our 26 year old son there for his birthday as a family. It was horrible. The waitress was crying because her boyfriend was fighting with her there was no clean silver ware so they brought our food with no silver ware. We were asking any wait staff walking by for silverware. One young lady said we could have plastic because they were trying to wash and roll silver ware. This is all happening while our food is sitting in front of us getting cold. Then the manager came to apologize but instead of getting us silver ware she stood there and told us all a woe is me. I told her our food was getting cold we were there to celebrate our son and we truly didn't care we just wanted something to eat with. She started hollering at me and said for me not to talk to her like that. At this point we should have left bit everybody was tired and hungry. Somebody brought silver ware nobody really ate because food was cold she apologized and comped food but we will never be back and I'm sure it wont be open much longer. I work with the public for over 30 years

Used to love eating at Cheddar's. First they dropped O-Rings, then service got so bad I stopped going. It's been a year so I gave them another try. I called to place a pick-up order but could not get through. I went to location on Germantown Rd in Memphis and no one at seating station so I called and got same phone response. I noticed that two phones behind station all red lights but no ringer. Young man showed up and I asked could I place to go order. He pointed to a table in bar area and said go there and someone would take order. I stayed there 15 min. before I left. People behind bar talking to each other but not taking order's. THEY WERE NOT BUSY. LOTS OF EMPTY SEATS. I'm done with them. Loved their food, good value. Used to go 20+ times a year. Never again.

I took a friend to eat there this past weekend boy I was embarrassed with all the mistakes I had been raving about their food the spinach dip was dry not good.. Then we were served chicken fried instead of what we both ordered we told chicken fried steak with one meat patty we were served whole burned chicken with gravy she did replaced with the right but needless to say it was also burned would eat so I packed it up, I gave it to my dog she was having a hard time chewing it .. I had a Very bad experience which cost me $48, Maybe different cook.. I won’t be going or recommend them anymore too I am embarrassed to recommend them..

Visited in Erie, PA. Fast seating, not busy, after the usual lunch hour. Waitress brought drinks but only 3 crescent rolls, even though she was told there were 4 (one in the bathroom prior to seating). Finally brought a 4th roll, took orders. Rolls were dry and tasted stale. Waitress didn't come back for 25-30 minutes - not until the food came. Couldn't catch her eye for more water. My burger was well done - I'd asked for medium rare. One of the other's burger was supposed to be medium well and it was charred black in places. We didn't send them back, thinking we'd be there another half hour, waiting without more drinks. We had plenty of time to look around. Fans in the atrium were trailing dust and cobwebs. Layers of dust in the vents. Very happy we weren't sitting under the atrium. Won't be going back.

The food was outstanding. But the wait when there were tables and booths empty. We sat there and three families came in and left and never got seated and there was no reason we should have had to wait. We wanted to try Cheddars again but Disappointed. Really Think it needs better management.

I was there today with my daughter and husband and little grandchild....I was disappointed with my bacon, cheeseburger:(. Twice sent back ; cooked to a medium well:( not my cup of tea...asked the waitress prior said they could cook it medium rare...
Manager came to the table ( Alisha) said we've been there awhile instead of waiting some more and she said she offered to cook it herself, that she would take it off the bill and they would throw it away :( I said I would eat it not gonna throw food away, take it with in a to go box was the option with alongside a caramel coated cheesecake. Free food is good but this is not the goal....I so appreciate the managers willing to go over and beyond...I was still disappointed but it made me happy , they Do care....I will go back and hopefully she relays this concern to her cook...we pay with hard-earned money, we expect the way we want our food cooked... thank you Alisha and Cheddars for truly understanding....

My wife likes chicken pot pie but what she ordered was soupy and had not much flavor. My food was barely ok. Service was poor. We will not be back.

There was no hostess so we sat at the bar. The bar was full of dirty dishes and only one other person at the bar. Ordered our food which they didn’t have Caesar salad available so I ordered a soup. When they brought my husbands food they tell me there’s no soup. Why did they wait so long to tell me. I didn’t eat and left as soon as my husband was done. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Cheddars is not going to bring back their onion rings! I have not been in there since a month before Covid because they no longer have onion rings. I know this isn’t an entrée but it is the appetizer of choice for my family and I refuse to go in if I cannot order them. Sometimes it’s just two or three of us and sometimes it’s 12 to 18 hours and you no longer have my business

My mom, my little sister, and I went to the Cheddar's in Findlay, Ohio on New Year's Eve. The food was relatively good. Cold, but good. We got our appetizers after about 5 minutes, so it started out fine. When we ordered, we spoke very clearly, and we were waiting for, wait- let me count- ALMOST A WHOLE ENTIRE FREAKING HOUR! And: We NEVER got our free croissants, which are everywhere in the whole restaurant. Some people came in about 30 minutes after we ordered our meal and got their salmon before my mother did - 10 MINUTES LATER. When we had ordered 30 MINUTES EARLIER! I got the meal I wanted, but my sister got pickles, onions, and bacon on her plain cheeseburger with ketchup - 3 things she DIDN'T order on it! My mom even didn't get her salad until she reminded our waiter, who got it and gave her the wrong dressing. The only reason I gave this review 2 stars was that the food was actually pretty good, but we're still planning on not going back anytime soon!

Called ahead for large party was told no wait. Got here was over one hour wait. Don't lie to costumer

It was Horrible. The Service was terrible. We all ready knew what we wanted to eat. So we place the order as soon as we was seated. My server said as soon as a hot croissants come out, I will be back with some. 25 minutes later we seen her give croissants to customers one table across from us. Still no croissants! So I stop her and as can we get some. Her reply was I’m still waiting for croissants to come out the oven. Wow!! Liar!! Then 10 minutes later croissants, I as for napkins. No napkins for 15 minutes, 15to20 minutes later, The food came Cold!!!! The plates the food was in was hot and the food inside Cold! I will Never Go Back!!!! No Manager came to speak to us. went to cheddars in san angelo texas around 3 pm and it wasnt even busy. they seated us and we set there 15 minutes and still never got any service, waitresses walked by and no one ever bothered to get our drinks so we left and wont go back. that tells me the management is worse. what a shame!

My first visit to this new restaurant in my area.
one word FABULOUS from the manager Brian, hostess, waitress to the delicious 4 entrees perfect & delicious A must My family just found our new to go place for years to come.

Place is horribly managed and staff turns people away. Came in on a monday at 12:30 . Manny many open seats and booths.. waited at front counter 5 minutes before anyone showed up.. then lady tells me be a 45min wait. Half empty and cant seat 1 person for 45 minutes? Would never waste my time returning here... cant wait see em outta business n get someone else n here that wants customers.

The food was good, the service not so much. We told our waitress, Sabrina, that an order at our table was not correct. When doing so, she argued with 3 people at our table that she “knows what she heard” and didn’t correct the issue. She was very slow at getting everyone’s food out, that other waitresses (who were VERY nice btw) had to bring us our food and then when she saw them passing out our food she very rudely started yelling over them “I got it!!” Then my grandfathers plate never came and her excuse was that it got stolen. Everyone at the table was done eating before he even got his food. The only reason I’m giving a 2 star is because the food was good, and the other waitresses (that passed out our food) were very nice. If this review was based off of Sabrina alone, she wouldn’t even get 1 star. We had a table of 12 people and our party will not be back, at least to this location. This happened on Sept. 24th 2022. We were celebrating my sisters birthday with a restaurant of her choosing and was very disappointed that this is the service we received for her special day.
