Liked the food, but music way too loud.
Liked the food, though I wouldn' rate it above average. The problem was that the music was soooo...! loud we could not even talk to each other. In case you are unaware, "dining" is as much about being with and conversing with family or friends as it is about the food. Two of your locations advised that loud music is company policy, Really!? Whose idea was that? Do you actually have customers who will not come in unless the music is overbearingly loud? I think probably not. Good luck to you...we'll just "dine" somewhere else where we can have a conversation.
Not the best food. This was in America.
So we arrived about 9:30 pm. Got sat down at the entrance for about 20 minutes. Then we had to wait till 10:30 for our meal. It come out tiny. They undercooked my brothers stake didn’t include some of my grandfathers meal. They started closing up while we was still there. My brother had to eat mine and my Grandmothers meals due to the wait we had to end-our just to have uncooked steak. I am extremely unhappy about how this restaurant dealt with things. And how they undercooked our steaks. They made us pay $2 for games on an iPad that was at the table and we didn’t even know. Then the payment system didn’t work and we couldnt pay for ages. Definitely do not recommend
Cheddars restaurant Tucson poor service
What a disorganised place, I checked in abd was told there would be a five to 10 minute delay. We sat in the bar and waited after 20 minutes I went to ask how much longer it would be before our take was ready. The young lady I spoke too said that I was not registered she wS very rude and spoke to me as if I was a child. Her colleague then appeared, this was the girl who I checked in with. She told me a table was available I went back into the bar, she then came through and tolfd us it would be five or ten minutes longer as they needed to clear a table. We told her not to bother and we left. L

We had the cornmeal fried fish today ...It was disgusting,. We took most of it home to give to our dogs. After reading what swai fish is we just thru it out. We don't want to get our dogs sick..Google says to avoid eating this fish. It was sickening... It’s typically imported from Vietnam and has become more widely available and popular in the US over the past couple of decades.
However, many people who eat swai may not be aware of concerns surrounding its production on crowded fish farms.
This article gives you the facts about swai fish, helping you decide if you should eat or avoid it.
Ate this at the Highlands at Wheeling, WV 26003 This will be our last visit there......The fried fish was horrible..

Went first time to the store on Bell Rd. in Peoria in Arizona. The food came out in a timely manner. I had the cornmeal white fish, the cornmeal was crunchy but the fish was not flakey. The server did forgot the coleslaw. It doesn't have the 'wow' factor at all. I may go back and try something else but not in any hurry.

We ordered take out from the cheddars on airport freeway in Bedford, Texas. Portions too small. We joined the club and had a chips and queso coupon. It expired, but we’re not aware of it, they could have recognized it, but stingy management. Not good customer service. I work in customer service for many years and it’s not rocket science to serve good customer service.

I have been there three times the second time it was excellent so it made me go back to third time even though the first time was not so great so today was my third time and we ordered exactly what I got the second time well it certainly didn't taste anything like the second time and what I found extremely sad is they gave us plates that had huge chips in the glass do they have any clue what kind of germs and bacteria live in plates that have chips in them plus how do I know that they didn't do it while making and preparing my food I am so disgusted by that that I will never return.

About as bad as a restaurant can get!
We went as a family last night to the Cheddars in Melbourne, Fl, six of us. 25 minutes to take our drink orders so we ordered dinner at the same time. 15 minutes later and still no drinks, so we left.
Oh, and the waiter was as rude and surly as I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant.
The spinach dip is terrible now
The spinach dip is terrible now. Use to come here just for it. I was told that the recipe has changed. But I usually come at lunch and I think that they are serving stuff left over from the night before!
Also no French dressing!
Before the Pandemic kept us all from…
Before the Pandemic kept us all from going out to eat we would dine at Cheddars in Mt Juliet from time to time prior to being shut in... shift ahead 2 years, so, today our nephew came in to town and he was staying in Mt. Juliet so we suggeted we meet for lunch we went in a bit early to beat the lunch crowds and was greeted by the friendly folk and taken to our table.. .the server was quick, responsive and chatty... nice, we ordered our meals and, They showed up... My go to plate is usually the Lemon Chicken and in the past it was real chicken parts... I do not know what they served today ... lets call it the "Spam of Chicken" there is no way that thing on my plate was carved off a real chicken... My wife had a Chicken Salad and we both came away with the exact same thought on the Chicken... Let me See, Rubbery, Well not really, Chewy ... Not at all, lets call it spongey and highly seasoned and salty. I had a side Caesar salad which was good and some over steamed broccoli. I just can't get past the idea of the Chicken... almost an insult to the birds... I ate only 1 of the 2 pieces they provided. We usually don't drink a beverage other than water and lemon (and since today it's almost 100 degrees out) we stuck with our Water and Lemon.. .(if they would get Ice Tea down to $1.00 I'd be buying it... but at $2.99 It's just not in the cards... water and lemon is much better for our health anyway! Will we go back... Probably not, the two meals for my wife and myself ended at about $33.00 with out drinks ... how times have changed... I will say though the staff was bright and chipper and attenative so that is why I gave them 3 stars!
Good food. small portion
The food is very good. AVOID THE POT PIE!!! While it tastes good, the portion is a bit small and the filling is skimpy. More importantly, there's no crust other than the top crust.

We picked up a to go family meal and we asked for lemons for the salmon the lemons are rotten.
Me and my family went to cheddars
Me and my family went to cheddars, the food was delicious especially the chicken tenders, BUT we sat in a booth and near the window was FILTHY, it disgusted me and my family, under the booth were a couple of old fries. The waitress only gave us half the straws we needed, also the Dr. Pepper was disgusting we had to ask for 2 refills, it tasted like someone poured a whole gallon of acid in our drinks. It took about 40 minutes for all of our food to be cooked. It was a reasonable price though, considering there were six of us. Although the food was great I would not go here to eat again.
Doesn’t even deserve a 1 as a review!
First time at cheddars, it was my brothers last night in Florida. ( Pinellas park restaurant) - will never go back!
1st- they said they called our number to seat us. They did not- and kept telling us we didn’t pick up- and we clearly didn’t get a call. 2nd - all of our dinners were brought to us except one. And it didn’t come till we were all finished.
It ruined our night and dinner - especially my brothers last night with us.
The manager did comp the dinner- but we were nice - nicer than we should have been… and yet she said something about us not have patience. 😳 she didn’t seem sorry - she seemed more pissed at us.
It doesn’t even deserve a 1 as a review.
Our dinner was ruined we all didn’t want to eat because one of us didn’t get their food.
amazing food and service, affordable
went to this place for the first time, the crossaints were out of this world
I was disappointed
I was. Very disappointed I ordered a steak well done. It came out bloody I sent it back it came out charcoal. The Manger didn't even ask me if it was ok . The waiter was good 👍. That's why I gave you 2 stars. But I don't think I'll go back
Not-so-good experience at Cheddar's
On Feb. 5th, My husband I went to Cheddars on Roosevelt Blvd, Clearwater Fl. We had been craving the Spinach Artichoke dip. Which is normally very good. Not this time. The dip was cold to the point the sour cream did not mix well. The chips were room temperature and stale. We thought this was just an off night as we have been to that particular location many times at the dip was always great! We both ordered the 14 oz. Ribeye's. They looked and smelled delicious! Until we started eating them. I understand a well marbles steak is good for flavor and juiciness, but when you start cutting off fat and gristle and the meat just whittles away is another story. We paid nearly $20.00 for each steak and wound up with about half of it being fat and gristle. We also ordered "loaded" baked potatoes and got a smaller size potato with butter and sour cream. When I asked where the bacon bits, chives and shredded cheddar was, I was informed it was available, but it would be an "upcharge" of $1.99 per topping. Whenever we have ordered a loaded baked potato at any restaurant the mentioned items were part of the "loaded." The Broccoli Cheese Casserole was barely visible on the plate. I understand businesses are trying to re-coop their losses after being shut down because of Covid, but seriously? You want people to come back again and again and spend their hard-earned money on a treat for themselves by dining out, then don't nickel and dime them to death and make sure the food they are getting, especially Ribeye's are worth the price!
I doubt very much we will be returning to Cheddar's any time soon.
The Server was fantastic! She was very attentive and pleasant and actually seemed embarrassed to have to tell us about the extra cost for ala-carte items.

I just recently started working at cheddar's and for fear of retaliation I'm using my cousins account. I couldn't believe what's happening in the kitchen! The cooks are handling the food with their bare hands as they are playing it and not washing in between plates as health code requires! And they leave the trash inside overnight which is also a violation of health code! And the general manager is the one ok'ing all this! Touching food with bare hands is not ok!
What a horrible meal
What a horrible meal. Caesar salad was so drenched with dressing it was like eating cooked spinach. Only took a few bites that and couldn't eat any more cuz it was way too overpowering. Waitress didn't ask me if anything was wrong. Then our lunch comes out and we both got ribs that was so char-broiled that out of our half rack portion each we might have gotten about 5 or 6 bites that I could eat. My husband ate more as he doesn't mind the char as much but I can't eat it at all and once again she never came over to ask how things were. Never again. I wish I thought to take a picture it would have said it all

Cheddar's used to be absolutely amazing! Sadly I visited last night and the chicken tenders were literally like chicken nuggets I sent them back and they came back to me like small little thin pieces of of tenders it's like the size of their tenders have went way down for the price of 10.99 to get six little tiny tenders broccoli cheese casserole was hard and dried out mashed potatoes was okay I asked for extra gravy never got it I'll tell you Cheddar's has really went way down in food quality but the prices have went up I'm done I'm ever going back we used to be weekly customers we spent a lot of money at Cheddar's celebrated all of our special occasions there but I'm sorry I won't be coming back anymore
