I stopped at the Bristol ct location whick just opened recently. It was my first visit to a chick fil a. The waffle fries were half cooked soggy, and barely warm. The chicken sandwich was made with day old bread whick broke apart in my hands while holding the sandwich. I actually ate half of it just holding the chicken patty and eating some of the broken bread pieces separately. This was unadulterated garbage. I thought from all the advertising they were some great place. The chicken sandwich tasted crappy too. Actually no better than McDonald's. How does a place serve food like this. I blame the management at the store for allowing this unfit garbage to be sold

Hello people it's Chick Fil A!!!Chick Fil a's food is delicious I LOVE their food I like the Cobb salad, kids meals, morning meals and last but not least the CHIKEN!

Your premade salads are horrible!! Plain and boring!! I used to love the chicken salad sandwich and you take it off the menu!!! Big mistake!!! I’m sure other think the same way. Honestly not a healthy choice for people that want to stay fit at all!!

First time visiting Chick Fil-a during our recent trip to NYC. We wanted to see what it was all about. The guy who took our order was very friendly and asked where we were from and said Chick Fil-a are planning on opening restaurants in London next year.

Food was meh ….. lattice fries were dry. Don’t think I’ll be visiting the London outlets!

Went to the kingston upon Thames branch , queued for 15 mins then our order was taken at the door, got to the counter and paid then had to find a table ! Luckily found one upstairs, service was so slow! Waited over 30 mins b4 a young server apologised about messing up our order, waffle fries were soggy and stone cold and the deluxe chicken burger was very bland and boring! Lemonade was not bad tho! The bun was too soggy ! Will not rush back !

Dropped a catering order for a family party online. Process was simple, the food was ready at the time I requested and the person that helped me was super nice (not always the case with fast food places). Would definitely do it again.

Went to the new UK store in Kingston-upon-Thames, oh my god what a complete mess!! Waited in line for 10 minutes to get served but alas that’s the good part. Waited over 30 mins to collect my order, excuse was it got lost in the system…what!! Waited with majority of the rest of the people in the store as the service was so slow, but yet employees & management were hanging around chatting & laughing. Eventually I got my food and on the positive side, the food was great, top quality and fresh. Pitty about the customer service (or lack of it).

First timer here at a Chik Fil A, at Detroit Metro Airport #6107. To start, it was credit only! I should have walked away as I want to use CASH. I ordered a meal, I guess to call it...sandwich, fries, drink. I asked for coffee. At least the server was honest, said it wasn't fresh, been sitting since morning, and asked if I wanted an iced coffee instead. I said sure. ( tho curious how I can get iced and not hot coffee) But I wasn't informed it would be additional $3.51 charge. Or they could have credited me the price of the included drink, or small up charge for the iced coffee, but why? It was coffee, cream and ice. Food was pretty good for fast food, tho expensive. I wanted to leave a review, as mentioned on the receipt, but only able to do so to scan the box code (QR?), which I don't use, know how, or care to know how.
Strike 1....payment method. Strike 2...coffee / silent upcharge. Strike 3...difficult to leave a review

I went to the Chick-fil-A at superstition Springs Mall. Order just the original chicken sandwich. First off it looked nothing like the picture. Secondly, if you’re gonna be named after a chicken sandwich or about chicken, your chicken sandwich should be the best it could possibly be. Mine looked like you took a fillet of fish from McDonald’s took the fillet out and just put an even thinner piece of chicken in there. That’s what mine look like. I think you should be ashamed to even serve something like that. If you go to Walmart, they have this place called “one kitchen “that serves food from like 15 different places. They know how to make a chicken sandwich. And it doesn’t cost any more than yours did. I’ll never eat at Chick-fil-A again. What a total waste. I don’t know what the big trip everybody has about this being so good. I find it to be mediocre at best.

The food arrived cold and not very good at all. The dog would not even eat it. I asked for a replacement, not even a refund! They could not even accommodate this! I will not be ordering from here again, and probably will express my disappointment with friends and family!

Chick fa la is overall an amazing fast food place from chicken nuggets to mac and cheese and many other food items. Chick fa la is a really yummy place to eat but i would only rate it about four stars because they get your order wrong sometimes and theres always really long lines, its amazing that you are accomponied by a worker and not just a system to order with because those can get really stressful and annoying.

Chick Fil-a, has not been the best place to eat for a while and I use to be able to count on them to get good food and good service. The reason being I haven't had the best experience in a while, and this is at a couple of different locations. I just stopped there yesterday for some breakfast, I got breakfast and it was not good, the bread on the mini's was not cooked at all and why can't you look at that and tell it wasn't and the chicken was tough. I ended up throwing it in the trash. On another a occasion or two I ordered the shakes and I am standing right in front and instead of the guy walking right up front with my shakes he went all around the back with them and then brought them up front, really I don't want them I poured them out!!! Another time standing in front waiting for my order, the lady comes out pass by me walking around looking for whose order is this!!! These people has to be some of the most incompetent workers I have ever seen and just think I use to really like Chick Fil-a and this food is not cheap but the quality and service has gone way down!!! After yesterday I'm done!!!

The place is awesome the food is great the workers are actually "happy" and the food doesn't taste fake like McDonald's and where I'm from Mcdonalds doesn't have aplayplace and Chick fil-a does but, I'm to tall for it since it is made for younger kids. Overall I really love the experience and plus the cookies and cream shake is really good!

The Kingston UK branch has dry and cold chicken. I did not enjoy my meal and the service was poor. Avoid this disastrous chain.

I had just gotten my friend from her shoulder surgery and we stopped at store #01071 in the Woodlands. Christian did an amazing job keeping the line moving and noticed my friend had surgery. I told him she was hungry and we pulled around to pay. We didn't owe anything! Thank you so much for blessings!
