Amazing, swift and excellent reaction from Greg of CMS Keyholding. Greg rushed to our property, following a fire alarm being set off. Instead of a fire he found a flood, located the source, telephoned the right people and started clearing away all at the same time. We never imagined that CMS and Greg would have gone so above and beyond what was expected and will always be grateful for the service we received.

Every now and then, the assigned guards from CMS Keyholding, now trading as Banham, go over and above what may be reasonably expected of them. I had an electrical fault and the guard in question, Krysztof Pajak, went well out of his way to narrow the problem and find a provisional solution. Bravo!

This service is unparalleled IMHO. CMS have attended a couple of unexpected alarms for us and each time the service has been exemplary. Rapid response and a "Fix first time" approach have been displayed. Would not dream of changing. Top class organisation...

Great service
While away on holiday we got a call from CMS keyholding because our alarm had gone off twice. They were very calm and reassuring having visited the property and reset the alarm. They had to liaise with ADT to fix the faulty sensor. We really appreciated the calm consideration and patience of Roger, who phoned initially, and Paul Williamson who sorted out the problems on site.
They saved our holiday.

We have used Banham alarms and CMS for many years and this weekend the unhappy phone call to say my business has been broken into. Our main front door was kicked in but in less than ten minutes the police were in attendance and CMS turned up and took over until I arrived.
Banhams and CMS are just a great combination and everything was dealt with so professionally and the customer service was AI so thank you to the police, to Banhams and to CMS for making the burglar run away and it all did it’s job and our premises weren’t trashed and ransacked!
You get what you pay for and personally I think Banhams and CMS are the best security company in the UK!

Having compared several companies with provide security backup through keyholding on a private residential property CMS proved to be the most competitively priced, comprehensively packaged and on meeting the representatives, extremely professional and competent. I am extremely happy with the service that Jason and his team gave me. I was out of the country when I experienced problems with my smoke alarm (this was ADT I might add, not Banhams) Jason kept in contact with me by phone and email and assured me he would sort out the problems. This he did and I am extremely grateful for his help.

I phoned CMS to tell them about a change in my email address. I then remembered another change in my details so I emailed them. I had a response within an hour, which was very efficient.If only every firm I have had to notify were as competent!

Last night my alarm went off whilst I was travelling in america with an 8 hour delay.
I would like to spread the word to encourage everyone that has a banham alarm to sign up with CMS key holding.
I would also like to thank Paul Williamson and Simon Harvey for being there 100% to calm the anxiety and for their professionalism and speed with how they dealt with the situation.

very grateful to Paul Williamson who attend our offices on Friday the 15th February to find a plumbing emergency had left water pouring through three floors of our building (and had tripped our alarm). His hard working in resolving the issue saved us from what could have been serious serious damage to the building.We are so appreciative of all he did to stop the water, limit the damage and document what he found with photos.

CMS provided an excellent response service for a vacant property. There were several call outs to false alarms (the sensors were over-sensitive); each time the operative provided telephone or text updates as requested on progress of their visit and their findings on site. They then reset the alarm and followed up promptly with a report and invoice via email.

We had an attempted break in at our property and CMS handled this as we were away at the time. Edward who attended our home was professional, courteous and kept us informed. He arranged for the broken window to be boarded up and stayed whilst this was done, he reset the alarm and secured the house before he left. This gave us great peace of mind.

Just the best service ever. We've been with CMS Keyholding for many years now and they have never disappointed...we really do feel they are the fourth emergency service.

Gregory Norton-Smith arrived promptly (before the police) and stayed throughout the evening until our alarm engineer arrived to rectify the fault. He kept in touch with one of our keyholders, was conscientious, professional and very polite.

I have recently signed up to CMS as we used to have a 24 hour concierge, but no longer do. Martyn from CMS was excllent as he came within 25 minutes of me being locked out. Very friendly and helpful and great service.

My Alarm when off in the very early hours on Sunday. I was out of town when this happened. Martin from CMS attended the property. The alarm was set off by water coming in from the ceiling. He could not have been more helpful. Moving items out of harms way, finding plastic to protect the furniture and isolating the sensor. Later in the morning the alarm activated again and this time Paul attended the property. He made a very carful check of the whole property and managed to pinpoint certain new issues and rectify them. Both gentlemen from CMS went above and beyond what was required of them. Thank you so very much for all your help.
