I have utilised contactforlenses services many times before but this may well be the last time. Ordered my contact lenses 12 days ago, like many reviews I have now read, the lenses have yet to show up and the customer service is non existent.
I have never been more frustrated by an online company,
I just want to be able to see!

I placed an order a week ago , only today I have received an email saying that they dispatched my order?!!!! Despite I requested cancelation yesterday due unprecedentedly long delivery time!!!
Inadequate services , never again !!

Do not order your contact lenses from this company. I had emailed them with regards to my order last week and received no response, I emailed them once again and no response. I then called the number provided on the website which does not exist

I should have received my order last week. I finally received an email to confirm my order will dispatch in 2 days. No apologies or anything!!

I have requested to cancel the order and still have had no response..surprise surprise!

I have reported this incident accordingly, I would suggest you don't use this website for any purchases!!

Lenses arrived quickly and safely. Website easy to navigate. Best price I could find.

I deliberately came online to write a review about this company. I placed an order about 4 weeks ago to be delivered to my houston address. NOTHING even though I was told it will take 1-2 working days. I sent out a couple of emails and eventually got a response from one Sarah. She stated that the logistics company made a mistake and routed it elsewhere and another dispatch has been made. Over one week now I haven't received anything. All efforts to get through to them by phone has been futile. It goes straight to voice mail.

Right now I just want a refund. This is the second time it is happening. I made several request to have the tracking number but they wouldn't give that. I am actually wondering if it is a fraudulent organisation. I just want a refund and nothing to do with these people. The worst experience I have had. Pathetic

Ordering repeat prescriptions is very easy and they are cheap, reliable and I am always happy with the quality of the products I receive. Would recommend to anyone.

I've been using Contactforlenses for a few years now, a very good reliable service together with good value for money for contact lenses.

The best price around for one day moist for astigmatism lenses around and quick delivery. I have previously had to wait longer for lenses from this company but couldn't be happier this time.

Generally ok service, def cheapest but on some orders have had to wait weeks as the lenses appeared to arrive from Singapore or similar and some lenses of substandard quality (mishapen). When delivery is quick then everything good, but if not then complaints/ customer service quite difficult to contact and ineffective.

Have used regularly for a number of years, so 10+ orders. Lenses delivered within a week in all cases, except for one which took about 3 weeks. I have always found them easy to contact and professional in their service.

Placed and order over a week ago on the understanding that despatch would be in 3-5 working days as advertised. Payment taken immediately and received confirmation email of order. Over a week later and no despatch is forthcoming.
No response to email, phone number goes straight to voicemail and messages not returned.

I would not rely on this company.

Consistently poor customer service, I emailed a couple of times but didn't get an response. Delivery times are very slow compared to other internet suppliers. Website could do with some work.

Contact lenses arrived very quickly and everything is ok with them. :) I didn't have any problems with contacting the company either. I will definitely come back to this online store in the future.

Contact lenses arrived on time and all fine. Nothing amazing but that's pretty much what you want when you buy contact lenses I think!

I've been a customer for a couple of years and have had hit-or-miss service. In the past, I've received complete orders promptly but have also experienced months of waiting due to "out of stock" situations. For my most recent order I had purchased 3 months of dailies, but only received 2. Despite having contacted customer service repeatedly, I have gotten little response and will probably therefore not be getting the final month's supply. I won't be shopping here again - it's too unreliable and frankly there's a lot of other places that can easily match the prices.

I have been using Contact for Lenses for several years now and can confirm their service is generally good. I have had one instance where my lenses were not in stock, I was not informed and my lenses took over a month to arrive. Since then, I make sure I order a month in advance. Lenses are much cheaper than over the counter.

Was slightly concerned after placing my order that it said would be dispatched in 3-5 days. Was actually dispatched 2nd class the next day - ordered Monday, arrived Thursday. Shame delivery isn't free like other companies though.
