I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the recent acquisition of three vehicles supplied by Contract Cars.
Out of the three vehicles delivered, two have experienced significant issues, which is unacceptable and has caused direct disruption to our business operations.
Vehicle 1:
This vehicle was delivered with an engine warning light already illuminated. Despite this being a basic issue that should have been resolved prior to delivery, it has taken over three weeks for the dealership to attempt to address the fault, with no satisfactory resolution to date.
Vehicle 2:
This vehicle was scheduled for delivery on 11 June 2026. However, on the day of delivery, we were informed that the dealership could not fulfil the commitment. As of now, we are still awaiting a clear update or revised timeline from your team.
As a business, every day of delay has financial implications, including operational disruption and additional costs. These delays and issues strongly indicate a lack of proper pre-delivery checks and insufficient vetting of dealerships. Poor experience

I had an excellent experience working with Myron. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire car-buying process. This is my 5th car now leased through Contractcars. Their operation seems to have changed since I started, where the majority of cars available were stock. They now deal with a lot more factory orders, with the majority of manufacturers which can be specified to your own wishes. I have dealt with many different agents for the initial contacts and orders who have all been very polite and professional. Once order is complete you are assigned your own account manager. Each time I have been assigned Ursula. She introduces herself straight away and is always providing you with relevant updates and timings and always makes the process run smoothly, answering any questions promptly. I can highly recommend

Myron's communication was kept to a minimum, which would have been a straight forward process. My only observations are:
1. The finance paperwork was confusing as it was not all required, however, Myron did clarify what was required and provided a cut down more specific document pack.
2. I also struggled to rewrite a signature that matched my driving licence (written over 7 year ago) and so my first submissions where rejected. There is definitely a need to move to the digital age, hand written signatures is a thing of the past; the irony being that I signed for a vehicle on an Iphone with my finger.
Otherwise it would have been a straight 5 star, regardless Myron is efficient and keeps the communications to what is necessary, which for me works. Overall Very Satisfied

I have recommended Contract Cars to many of my friends - whilst the market to lease or contract hire cars is pretty saturated , it's good to work with a company that has processes in place , which really help when ordering a vehicle .
