Not as advertised!
Good price but feel that it is pretty disceptive in it’s selling…the buses were big buses (not 8 seater minibuses as advertised) that waited for quite a while to fill up before leaving, unlike the website that states there is no waiting around. It was lucky we had left a decent amount of time as from parking up it probably took about 40 mins to get to the north terminal at gatwick. Also to note your car is moved by an employee after parking up, i’m assuming it goes off site, hopefully to a secure site!?

We're pleased to hear that you found our pricing competitive and would like to clarify a few points regarding how our Park & Ride service operates.
Our transfers operate on a fixed timetable. This means that a bus will depart at set times. We do advise customers to allow sufficient time between arriving at Cophall and reaching their terminal, particularly during busy periods.
The journey itself to Gatwick is normally around 10–15 minutes, although traffic and airport congestion can occasionally increase this. We are sorry that the overall process from parking your vehicle to reaching the North Terminal took longer than you expected on this occasion.
We would also like to reassure you regarding your vehicle. As explained as part of our service, customers leave their keys with us so our team can park their vehicle. The majority of vehicles remain within our main secure Cophall site, which is barrier controlled, monitored by CCTV and regularly patrolled.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the description of our transfer vehicles and will review the wording on our website to ensure it accurately reflects the vehicles operating within our fleet.

A huge peace of mind parking company when departing/arriving
A very straight forward no stress no hassle airport parking company. You arrive, park and then the bus is taking you to the airport terminal. Or return you call and wait for the bus to pick you up, come back, grab the keys and the car is just a minute walk to drive home. The service is amazing, people who are working there are incredible and extremely friendly. Have booked our parking with them couple of times when travelling from Gatwick and never had any issues. I had to postpone parking arrangements once due to change of circumstances in holidays and the guys helped a lot by rescheduling to when we needed though we didn’t have the specific time at that moment, called them much later and no extra questions asked - they found our details and all info by the reference number and just made their brilliant job by reactivating our booking to when we needed it. Highly recommend because stress free airport parking is a little peace of mind when you are travelling and want your holidays preparations and departure/arrival to go as smoothly as possible.

A perfect location to drop your car
A perfect location to drop your car off and head to LGW to catch your flight. Staff were helpful and friendly and the drop off and pick up was very easy. Would definitely use them again if we fly out of LGW.

Excellent facility, close to the airport, simple process but the staff at the drop off desk were rude and threw the receipts and call cards at me.

Great service
We have been using Cophall parking for years and have never had a problem. It is a bit harder these days as at 70 humping your own suitcases on and off the bus, especially when busy, is not easy! But other than that its a great service!
