Very efficient service. Good communication in general. Good value.
Was surprised to be charged £25 for both transfer and then at receiving shop, amounting to £50 in delivery charges so in future I will buy directly. The warning about this was very much in the small print which seems a bit sneaky

Wrong items
Ordered 2tins of jsb heavy pellets but the wrong ones arrived. Made a quick phone call, they sent me a pre paid address label. They apologised and the correct ones were delivered promptly. Mistakes happen it’s just human error. I would order from here again!
