the most unfriendly user site, the hardest to communicate with. honestly with the time of agentic AI, they need to do something about it.
when no one to talk to!
when no one to email!
when your chat bot is so proor!
when your site produces 2 different login credential out of the blue!
when the site stops responding at the login jams, and your chat bot says try after 30m and even after 30hrs it does not respond!
when we try to transfer to godaddy , the code you have provided is not working for go Daddy!
what can i say?
how can you host other people websites when you can not handle your own? shocking to say the least.

Problems with email server settings.
Ellen J was very helpful, patient and courteous.
I've been a Freeparking client for well over 10 years now. I was always 5 star impressed with the freeparking help desk. It is very reassuring to see the same high quality 5 star support continues with the transition to Crazy Domains. Thank you Ellen J (and all the help desk crew because I am yet to encounter a tech supporter who is less than 5 star).

Don't bother going with them. Adding a TXT record is not standard. They make you pay an additional $26yr for this.

Very poor customer service. have been a customer over 5 years and the call centre agents are based in phillipines, rarely understand english. I have been continously calling them abd yet to no avail. All my requests are in the notes of all the call agents unless they keep wiping out.

Dont use this company. Their base prices for domains are advertised as cheap, but all of the basics that are industry standard are charged as extras. A domain that might cost you $10 at another company like Ventra might be advertised as $2.50 on Crazy, but unless you pay for the $30 of extras that Ventra would have given as box-standard, you're publishing yourself to the open internet.
Additionally, if you have any kind of issue with account flagging, they will request a full photo ID AND face scan. They do not need this to verify your identity, no other company asks for this.

My experience with Crazy Domains' website development service has been extremely disappointing.
The website delivered was not the product that was originally promised or agreed upon. Throughout the project, I had to repeatedly follow up to have basic changes implemented, including items that were initially promised during discussions with my account manager, Carlos.
Communication was poor, response times were often slow, and many requested amendments were either overlooked or not completed correctly. Despite being advised that the website was ready to go live, there were still numerous issues requiring attention.
I have spent far more time managing and reviewing this project than I ever expected. The overall process has been frustrating, and the final product does not reflect what I paid for.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Crazy Domains' website development services.

After more than 25 years of working with web hosting and domain providers, Crazy Domains has been one of the most frustrating providers I have dealt with.
Their business model appears heavily focused on upselling. Basic DNS functionality that many providers include as standard, such as managing CNAME and TXT records, has been restricted and repackaged as a paid "Premium DNS" service. Shopping carts also tend to include additional services by default that may be free initially but renew at significantly higher prices, requiring careful attention during purchase and renewal.
My own experience involved a lengthy migration issue after a hosting product was retired. DNS-related problems persisted for months and required six separate support requests before they were finally resolved. The process was time-consuming and unnecessarily difficult.
Support quality is highly inconsistent. Some staff are knowledgeable and helpful, while others lack the technical capability or customer service attitude needed to resolve more complex issues. Live chat can involve wait times of an hour or more, and I experienced multiple occasions where the chat session automatically disconnected after a very short timeout while I was working in another browser tab, forcing me to start the process again from the beginning.
I have also found communication around outages, security incidents and service issues to be reactive rather than proactive, leaving customers to discover and investigate problems themselves.
While Crazy Domains may appear inexpensive at first glance, the hidden limitations, ongoing management effort, premium add-ons and inconsistent support can quickly outweigh any savings. In my experience, paying slightly more for a provider with transparent pricing, full DNS functionality and reliable support is money well spent.

I've been with CD for almost 6 years. All had been fine as I haven't had to change anything.
But now I've had enough.
They convinced me to switch my fully functioning email over to their new 'Titan' email service and during migration (which was promised to take just 24 hours, but ended up being spread over weeks) lost a whole pile of my data.
They couldn't get it to work with Outlook either, so their solution was 'use webmail'. No good for a business with multiple email accounts - are they for real?
The result? They are refusing to refund me the THREE YEAR Titan subscription, of almost $400, for a product that is not fit for purpose, that their support team cannot implement and that is of no use to me... after just 8 weeks - pretty much most of which has been spent troubleshooting with their useless 'tech support', not using the product and experiencing downtime in my business because of it.
Honestly, avoid Crazy Domains like the plague.

Jane was able to support my enquire about a domain name activation. She was able to listen and follow up very quickly and work with the domains team to active the name whilst I was in the live chat.
