Good taking my money and with delivery but they won’t answer the phone, or emails or website contact form not that I need a product fixed i warranty. Inexistente customer service.

Absolutely apalling customer service from this 'so called' company. My only regret is not coming on here forst. DONT ORDER from this company. No communication, no returned messages and emails and NO GOODS. i have had to open a dispute/claim with Paypal as a result. This company should be ashamed of itself and the reputation it is giving for what appears to be an excellent product. Alarm bells ring now whwn its a 3rd floor address in Swansea !!
Clearly no stock there !

I wish I had read the most recent reviews from this platform, before buying from this company.
If I had I would have stayed well clear of Denali Shop UK .

Like other contributors , I purchased ( 07/09/23 ) a cansmart system for my Ktm bike , from their website , with the promise of 48hr delivery.

15/09/23 As yet , no sign of delivery , no tracking information,
no communication to indicate if the product has even been dispatched, or if it has been lost by the postal service........NOTHING.

After 20+ attempts calling their customer service ( joke ) helpline , which just defaults to an answer machine , and multiple email enquiries, I have yet to have any response from the company !!!!!!

Definitely the WORST attempt at customer service I have ever encountered in my lifetime .

As a result I will be opening up a refund claim via PayPal

Don't understand how a reputable company can remain in business, these days , without any attempt to at least make some sort of effort to sort out problems for their customers.

Unfortunately this platform doesn't give its users the option for 0 ( zero ) rating , as I feel this strongly about the topic .

As I have said before .....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

NEVER AGAIN ........

Did not receive the wiring harness that I had ordered. No communication regarding delivery tracking and no response to email contact, online contact form or telephone which is a waste of time as it goes into voicemail every time.
I really wonder if they are existent or a figment of my imagination.

Paid for a product I haven’t received - customer service amateurish like dealing with a incompetent individual rather than an established company.

This company adverises a 48hr post service. They take your money, do not send goods, lie to you on the phone (if they answer it which is very rare) and either ignore emails or reply and lie in their reply.
As it stands at this moment I would avoid Denali like the plague. Worst service I have seen and they still have my money with my order not being fulfilled.

Ordered an item on 31/08/09 with delivery due 4th. No parcel, no tracking. Telephoned company on 05/09 and call went to answerphone. Tried again on 06.
No call back or update so contacted Paypal for refund.

I ordered from Denali on the 26th August, I paid for 48hr delivery. I first tried to contact them 31st, no one answers the phone...I sent emails & received a response saying they were having technical issues with the phones after moving to a new unit, but someone would be in touch... They haven't been. 9 days later, no delivery, no contact. A man answered the phone today....I think he'd picked it up to call out because as soon as I asked if it was Denali he hung up? I'm not even sure this isn't some scam. My plan now is to contact my bank & have the payment reversed, save yourself some grief and avoid this company like the plague.

I placed an order with 4 day delivery. 8 contacted the store after 4 days, no answer, left a message no call back. Sent an email no response to the email,

The item was only posted 6 days after order. Again contacted too check. Details, no call back still no response to email or calls.

We are now 12 days after order, no item, no call back or email return. Absolutely shocking customer service. I will not be buying or recommending this store. I will also only purchase Denali through a supplier that actually responds. No idea how these are still in business

I've tried to get in touch with this company numerous times and I've had no success, no call back, no reply from emails ive sent.....nothing at all.
Phoning them just puts you through to an answering service, I've left a voice mail and heard nothing.
Refund wanted.

Still nothing despite Denali USA contacting them

I placed an order with Denali Shop UK on 8/8/23 and received an e-mail confirming my order. After a week I e-mailed asking for an update and heard nothing. I sent 3 e-mails in total and didn't receive a single reply. I tried calling but all calls went unanswered.
I received an e-mail saying my order had been shipped on 21/8/23 but no tracking information was received. The shipment was delivered on 23/8/23 and everything was correct.
I'm happy my order has been delivered but the customer service from this company is abysmal. I dread to think how I could have queried a problem with my order.

I placed an order for DRLs. 4 days later they hadn't yet despatched, I decided to use a different product. I requested a cancellation. Email went unanswered. A week later they despatched the DRLs regardless. 2 days later I wrote another email requesting return & refund. No answer. 5 days later I tried telephoning and left a message on the answerphone. Another week and I'll be seeking resolution via Barclaycard. Expensive but quality product, completely let down by no customer service. Buy from a reseller or find an alternative product from a different company.

If I could of given 0 rating I would of. Placed a order of three items all in stock, Took ten days to be delivered and part of order missing. Have now sent numerous e-mails and left many messages on there answer machine had one response to be told they are moving units everything is packed in boxes even the computers and they will contact me next day that was over a week ago I am now £179.00 out of pocket. Contacted Denali in the USA and had a response next day they told me if you need to order any thing Denali go direct to the importers R&G Racing. So far I have not received any response from the Denali UK shop in Swansea Wales. So from day of order this is now three weeks very poor customer service.

No comment really just look at the Google reviews before you think about using. I’m getting a refund or trying at least

Payment didn’t go through so tried to ring about 10 times no answer so gave up and went somewhere else

Placed order on 05/08/23. As of 15/08/23 have not received my order. Numerous attempts to contact Denali UK by email and phone have failed. This is very dissapointing.

Advertised as Royal Mail 48hrs delivery. 3/4 days later no delivery, no order update, unable to make contact, don’t answer phone or return calls. Maybe drop ship ?

Things maybe going on in the background, however One star for poor comms

Good project but missing item from purchase and no response to email for 4 days and really needed lights on bike two days ago! Please help!
