The customer care is appalling...item ordered and emato say money taken, nothing else....went to website, contact us...so I rang left details, no call back....I emailed them no reply....I contacted them via Facebook messenger, they read the message, no reply...only when I mentioned that someone had clearly read the message that I got a reply...in the reply they advised they were waiting on stock coming in, why could I not get a message to this effect?
Very frustrating experience and as such I will not use them again.

Item fitted without issue, a little bit pricey for what it is but saves job of splicing in the loom.

Superb service & products. My new S4’s are excellent & coupled with the high / low relay makes the perfect!

The item I purchased from Denali shop UK has not arrived despite repeated attempts at contacting by phone or by your website to clarify the situation I have had no response.
This may well be a Royal mail issue by I have no shipping details so cannot do anything from my end.
Only conclusion is that you are on holiday!!
I must say this is a very poor way to run an on line business,doubt wether I shall order again from your company and will seek compensation through my card company or PayPal.
Disappointed customer

I ordered from their website and paid for 24 hour delivery and they have failed to deliver their goods. They do not answer their phones, emails or support tickets. I’ll now be raising a credit card dispute against them.

After placing my order I opted to pay over phone I tried for two days one number is out of service the other goes to answer phone I left several messages and emails and I only received a message once I had cancelled my order

After making an order and paying almost 900 pounds via debit card, there is no further contact for more than 3 weeks. I'm unable to reach via phone nor via emails. Starting the legal actions now and really suggest you to don't attempt to do any business here!

I have made an Order (reference: AVEIQRHSC) on the 21/06/23. I have received an Order conformation and a payment acceptance. Now almost a month later there is no information, nor tracking, nor anything about a delivery. I have written twice to the Customer support - no answer.... I have even called to them - voice mail... no response. I will wait a little bit more and I will search my right in the Court if there is no refund or any information about the delivery!

Can only deliver to the address where the card registered to !!!.... eBay seem to manage ok with this no problem they deliver where I want....

The item quality is as described.
No nonsense ordering system and very pleased that there are no additional costs.
Item was despatched and delivered within time advised.

Ordered product on line, but have not and any product delivered or any information after I sent a message to the contact page, Money has been taken no goods supplied

I purchase a kit including lights, sound bomb and brake lights.
On 3 separate occasions I tried to get help from their customer service and not once could I generate a response.
Why even have a Contact Us link if you never respond?

Added July 6th.
They sent me a response saying my question had gotten overlooked. So I tried again trying to get hold of one simple screw.
No answer, again.

I am not happy with my experience because since my order about a month ago I still have no news about the delivery!

Really high quality product, easy to navigate website and very quick delivery.

Great item but paid for next day delivery and arrived in 2 days ..

These guys are excellent and they know their products inside and out.
