The soundbomb kit works really well!
The soundbomb kit I ordered works incredibly well, and is undoubtedly a great safety aid. The instructions could have been a bit clearer when it comes to positive / negative leads, colours etc. but that's not a major issue.

I ordered 2x D7 Bundle to Switzerland…
I ordered 2x D7 Bundle to Switzerland the Denali shop told me ist easy just 20bucks for shipping so i ordered / after nearly 3 weeks of plain nothing i called like 30-40 times at different times a day and nobody answered!!! just after i threatened with my lawyer they replied... okay so i received one package so far the 2 D7 lights very poorly packed just in a plastic bag and the D7 cardboard box was super damaged and i had to pay 88 CHF.- for shipping to switzerland customs payment!!! but they told me it was 20 bucks!!!! so the other package has not arrived yet and swiss customst told me i have to pay again for the second package!!!!!! WHY dont you ship it in 1 frikin solid box ?????

Hi Thank you for your feedback and we will break our response into the two elements.
All of our items are well packed when shipped. As per your pictures added you can see the product is bubble wrapped, placed inside a tough and sturdy protective box which is further bubble wrapped and placed within a waterproof sealed outer bag to ensure maximum protection. Whilst yes in transport we understand damage can occur to packaging our ultimately goal is to ensure that the boxes and packaging takes the damage because all your going to do is put them in the bin and that the product contained inside always arrives intact and undamaged. This is the whole point of packaging items!
As for the shipping, our international shipping cost is fixed as thats the price it costs to transport. Unfortunately each individual persons country will charge an import duty which is a percentage of the value of the parcel. Therefore there is no difference if one parcel or two parcels are received as its value based not quantity.
Additionally we will sometimes split an order based on weight. Air freight is the fastest mode of transport and in order to achieve this there are weight limitations. We would rather get the item to you as quickly as the courier is capable of achieving than knowingly send via a transport that takes an extended time period
