Hi as per our recent communication your order was unfortunately dispatched with royal mail just prior to them announcing the international cyber incident affecting parcels including your country of destination romania.
As per your tracking information it had arrived at the international customs destination and will be delivered in due course. You will need to settle your import duty with the relevant authority first as per email communication sent.
If you need further information or wish to escalate with your local courier firm further please visit the royal mail website

Great start, terrible finish and more to come
Delivery from your shop was great and very fast, but this does not help if the customer does not receive their purchase in time. The service from Royal Mail is terrible. They received my order from you over a week ago, and they still have it located in Swansea. I would rather pay higher shipping costs for DHL, Fedex, UPS or anyone else and get my order in time, than having to wait (at home! due to customs costs that I will need to pay) for an order that nobody knows when it will arrive. Also tried calling them several times, but nobody answers.

On-line shopping for Denali air horns
I knew what I wanted and found it very easy to place an on-line order. Helpful email advising of a delay because one of the items was temporarily out of stock, but the order was delivered only a day later than expected.

Excellent Service but Check it's right for you
Thanks for quick delivery despite lack of stocks elsewhere. The sound bomb I ordered could not be fitted to my bike (Stryker) without rewiring & local manufacture of a bracket. My Fault for not researching this better, but I have now sold on to a friend.

Numerous attempts to contact via emails and telephone.DO NOT use these people, you may well donate your money to a homeless shelter instead. At least you will have the comfort that your hard earned money has gone to someone deserving Darren
