DISREPUTABLE THEY REFUSED REFUND. SENT ITEMS VIA EVRI LYING ABOUT WEIGHT each item said to weigh 4 kilos On return they said it was 12 kilos. No wonder there was a problem When I made a claim in they told me contact EVRI who said it was lost No wonder. Emailed them. No response. They conveniently forgot! The must have dumped the item - am worried they fly tipped it

Beware
If you buy a product from Denny and it goes wrong, Denny do not comply with the Consumer Act 2015.
This states that within:
🟠0–30 days: You have the right to reject a faulty item and get a full refund.
🟠30 days–6 months: If a fault appears, you must give the retailer one chance to repair or replace the item before you can claim a refund.
However Denny's stance on it is as follows, and I quote:
"Please be advised that any damage or fault must be reported within 90 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, as this issue was reported after the warranty period had expired, we are unable to take any further action"
This "policy" is against the law. Other reviews on here have also highlighted this.
I emailed Denny on 22/8/26, 1/9/26 and 8/9/26 to try to resolve this and they chose to ignore all three emails.
They also ignored an email from
B&Q marketplace when I asked them to step in.
This brazen flaunting of consumer law is disgraceful. Don't be their next consumer victim.
